    I started following vusi thembekwayo since 2016. I was being bullied and I lost confidence but life changed, when I was inspired by vusi's story. I started my business and my financial status changed at a young age. This days am working on my Real estate projects.

    That story was told so beautifully. I am even convinced that he went on to do a big research on how best to learn and never do that same mistake. Others would easily sweep it under the rug without dealing with the reality of a mistake.

    No Vusi that business did not fail(you learnt an invaluable lesson) that is how I would put(view) it. You see in life there are no failures, there are lessons to be learnt. You either win or you learn. Failing has bad negative connotation that tends to paralyse humans. You needed to (go through) that lesson, otherwise you would not have reached success as you have right now. Thank you for sharing your lesson.

    My fellow start up entrepreneurs, keep your head up... Your business is going to make it, just stay informed with the right and most relevant information and then just implement what you can, when you can... We will make it. Believe that!

      With that I'm staying away from these gurus and following real entrepreneurs on Forbes list. I just discovered that I wasted 2 years on personal development because of them.

    I used to be a public speaker in high school. My English teacher identified me as one. I had no idea I was one. We went on competitions and won. I loved it! Then I grew older and became safe. But I can't hide the fact that I know I am speaker at heart. I would love to be shown how to become one professionally, and just finally put my fears aside.

      Try see some videos on speaking, toastmaster or proven, excellent speaking training groups...get some best books on speaking. Then go out and speak. Ask for an opportunity, organize a program, take opportunities to speak...and keep learning..from books and also mistakes

    Thank you for sharing this story.
    It's very noble & honorable of you to take the loss without demonizing the unpaid students or seeking retribution.
    I'm actually quite bothered to see the Unpaid Students seeing & recognizing the value in the Speakers Bootcamp, and yet do not end up (at least eventually) fulfilling their promissory note.
    That just blows my mind..
    Everybody wants Value, but nobody wants to pay for it.

    Thanks for confirming a realization I just had. I'm a trader and for the past year I have been overtrading in big sizes(and lost big time) because I wanted to copy my mentors and successful trader with the wrong model. Einstein said "compound interest is the 8th wonder of the world" and I think it's time I started to listen and not just want to get rich quick..

    • @realestatewithlusanda4549
      @realestatewithlusanda4549 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@birungiesther3420 but who exactly in the public? Because they might get the training but they don't see the value of it because they sell to the wrong people who don't really have in interest in that. I might try a niche dish but it doesn't mean I'm a foodie like that, whereas if a friend of mine who is a foodie is the one they sell to, I would be more willing to consume those more often than once of because that person is always in my space. So I would suggest that instead of you just giving them the training in the niche dishes, how about you take the initiative to establish a market for them and say you charge the market they sell to, but they are still under you for the beginning stages of their venture into the business world instead of going out in their own. Plus you get your money before they can leave you.
