No hate here but homie that tape ain't going to work the heater circuit pulls enough current that it's going to basically perform electrolysis the first time it gets wet and become green and rotted and corroded way better off if you're wanting to use butt connectors use the actual heat shrink ones and the correct cramps or my personal favorite Scrabble soldering iron and a piece of heat shrink tubing literally the fastest best way is solder
