This is the worst device I have ever seen in my life. I totally wasted Rs 5,000 and they are not supporting anymore. They first provided the device which had good results and it was stopping bacteria but after some time water came out slowly due to which I had to remove the pipe from the device to inject water backwards but pipe was so hard that it was very very very difficult to remove. I complained about this matter they told me to make video of this problem. While making the video and removing the pipe the device edge broke due to which it was not possible to use the device anymore. They exchanged that device with another one of the worst quality. In the new device the fungus and bacteria are coming with water and the pipe is so loose that the pipe comes out from the device ad if you are not vigilant then water drops out directly on the ground and the whole floor will be filled with water directly without passing through the device and if the water passes through the device it comes out soooooooooo slowly only drop by drop that it takes the whole day to fill few bottles of water hardly and the water is not clean it feels just like we are drinking from tap water. The taste and quality is worst and we can easily see dust and particles are coming with water.
