I've been building stroker kits and frames for these mini bikes for the past 3 to 4 years as well and people love to hate on it man. They just can't seem to get their head wrapped around someone so young knowing all this stuff and actually doing it. Keep pushing man I'm down here in Southwest Florida maybe one day we can arrange a race
Do you think a stage 2/3 Predator 212 hemi with a Juggernaut torque converter would be good on an offroad kart? Looking for around 55 mph with a lot of low end torque. Already have the parts ordered (carb jet, air filter, header/muffler, PVL flywheel w/ 32° timing, billet rod, MOD2 cam, thin head gasket, and 22lb springs). I'll be gearing it way lower than your bike, and the torque converter should help as well. Just want to get an informed opinion.
@@memphis-phillips Already did it and decided to go bigger. Had a Stage 2 212 on a Manco Dingo. It ripped but I wanted something with suspension. Now I'm in the process of building a full suspension mini buggy with a modified Duromax 440cc. The 212 is now on my friend's CT200EX.
What kind of power do you think the motor is making? I have a 16 HP Tilly 265 cam that just let go. 😕. Earlier it had been run at 6900 for awhile before I got a tach. Factory 10/45 sprockets with CVT with juggernaut. Stock 19” tire on Coleman BT200x. Only ran 55 but would get their real quick. My other BT200x is stock Hisun 196cc with 18 lb springs, .038 jet, zip tie gov, CVT, 9/45 sprockets stock timing plus 8 key way, runs 47, I weigh 220. Bought the first lil over 90 days ago knowing nothing of mini bikes or these motors. Learning.
@@d-boyzeighteenhundred As referenced 9 tooth front sprocket stock 45 tooth rear sprocket. Its now went 48 mph down hill at 5,200 rpms or 44 mph on a flat at 4,400 rpms. It’s the best gear for stock 196cc engine (stock cam, rod, flywheel) at my weight. Lol works well with 40-45 mpg traffic on 35 mph street.
Don't listen to them haters bro we need more people like you making videos the mini bike thing is starting to come bigger where I'm from keep making videos I love to hear and see other people's hard work everybody has to start somewhere
Thanks bud. I haven’t had to replace my tires yet I only used the tires that came with the rims. Maybe try putting the size you need on google and see if anything comes up? Sorry couldn’t help on this one
@@lsminibikes Nice bikes I like it but if you had bicycle pedals on it. It could be used on trails and side walks like my phatmoto 80cc single speed motorized bike. I ride slow like to have all torque for up hills some off road a 4 speed with 110 -125cc.
You're the real deal bud, that's 💯 some good work on those engines!!! You sound really young bud?? I wish you continued success in all your endeavors!!! Keep posting these great videos. 🙏✌
Very nice! I love the stance and overall appearance! I have a Motovox 10 that I was so close to getting the same wheels and forks (complete bike actually) and my landlord told us last week he is selling the house so now it's all in storage and I had to pass on the parts bike. But I have 5 builds going at once. Sure would like the ebay link to the tachometer you reference. Mine will have Briggs and Stratton Raptor, dual bearing, and Animal. But yours is one of the best looking modified Motovox out there!
Is that a mini chopper front end on that dual suspension build? I want to put one on my M-Vox. Also 12/64 16.5 tires is 8200rpm to hit 80 mph daayyumm. I need one of your motor builds for sure
hey i am working on a minibike and im curious, can you give me the wheel and tire combination and rear brake settup information, i want to incorporate it on mine, i am going for a rear swing arm build and move the seat a little back on my coleman and this thing looks sick
Nice build keep on doing what you want never mind the haters they just jealous i taught my grandson a lot about engines he learned at a young age he could drive a go kart and a mower at 5 years old

Also i would really like to see a video and a rundown on how you shoe horned that 420 on that blue frame lol. I had a hard enough time trying to get my 212 to fit the way it does without chopping up the frame lol. nice bikes and builds keep it up, ignore all the haters, keep that content coming
