If you have a cc100x Coleman Doodlebug frame a 420 will fit in there perfectly, slides right in there. All you have to do is extend the motor mount plate like you were saying a little further back so that you can mount the rear bolts because they hang off the back of the stock engine mount plate. But I didn't have to cut the little hoop thing that goes across the frame in the back
I have a HF 212 hemi and was going to put a 420 in it to make it go fast, but it seems like it too much of a hassle! What about a predator 301 instead?
Do u run fuel pumps on ur motors? I read somewhere u gotta change the needle in order to run a fuel pump…and do u have a battery on that to start it, or did u just leave the starter and just pull start it? Id imagine u keep ur bikes as light as possible…awesome builds
This is the back plate of a tav30 torque converter. You could get one on eBay for a lil over 60 bucks shipped. You might be able to find just a backplate
Hey what kinda sprocket did you use and can you tell me where you got it ? Thank you doing the same exact build would love to know where you got the parts. A link would be awesome. Great build
It’s a steel 420 pitch sprocket on a split sprocket adapter from gopowersports or OMBwarehouse it was a couple months ago I don’t remember exactly but it’s one of those 2 sites
Hey bro I have 212cc What do I need to make it go faster Who I bought it from He said he put bigger internals inside the motor but it's not fast enough I was going to sell the motor but if you think I can make it go fast it only tops out 50 fi'm trying to go 65 Where do you think I should do to make it go that fast
That garage is now my dream. Nothing but mini bikes and useful parts all over.
So beautiful...
You definitely got a new subscriber love how you actually tell us the problems and the fixes keep on keeping on
For the monster moto i just raised the engine almost an inch it fit perfect
You think an engine mount will work with 13hp engine?

Just curious, could you flip the clutch to get motor more left?
You’re my fav TH-camd now bro 🤣 I’m happy u upload shit
On the motovox I put the enging up on spacers, gives your oil drain and your airbox more room
What kind of clutch did you use?
Where did you get that sprocket for the blue minibike?
how fast can it go with a 420cc engine?
Really tho
Wanna kno before I buy One …. Also wats the clutch size for a 420
@@Vibess252 1 inch 14 tooth clutch
@@Vibess252 I don't know why he said it topped out at 45 cause it'll easily do 60+
Couldn’t you just put the clutch on the other way and run one chain
You can on the baja warrior
U should do a riding video when y'all go cruising in a group
Yessir will do. Looking to get a go pro
so would the 212 be quicker?
Where do i purchase a 145/70-6 slick tire from
I have a Bahar racer and looking for the wheel combo you are using and where to buy good rear brakes stronger than stock that fit
You could get your engine to sit closer to the center if you flipped your clutch.
You have so many mini bikes.👍
Did you see the 212cc mini dirt bike I put together? It’s so fast but I need to make it faster.
@@samsgarage1716u da man bro 💪🏼💯🍻
Do you have any stock doodlebug fenders?
Ur a beast explaining this sh*t 🚫🧢💯🎯
Hi brother im the one fan of ur customise motor ilove itGod bless you bro.
I’m about to start a build and I’m wondering what is the best frame for a mini bike a Coleman frame or a Mega Moto frame,,, any suggestions?
Mega moto you’re working with a small tight space and Coleman is bigger but the monster moto I think looks cooler

maybe you could run an inboard clutch and it'd be around the same spot as the jackshaft?
Are you taking on any more work, I have a 420cc predator I would like put on a Coleman Fran.
How much would it cost to get a custom job from you? I have a Coleman ct200u-a and I can’t figure out these damn mods.
You do what I do my boy hey, got to love him
Is there any better brakes for them bikes than stock hydraulic brakes or something
Where did u get those handle bar grips from
How much?
I have the same mini bike with a built 420cc on it i put a belt drive on it with 3800 stall springs its got a 4ft wheelie bar on it
Where did you get the jack shaft setup or what would I need to get? I have a clutch and 420 predator already that’s going on a baja warrior.

Gearing... larger front sprocket or smaller rear
I cut my frame on my monster moto to fit my preditor 212 tourqe converter and carb
Where u get ur wheels??!!
This made me change my mind on my azusa frame
What was the top speed with the torque converter?
He said about 45 but I don't see why.
What the gearing 14t to 10t to 10t to 40t in the back
You on any good Facebook groups or anything for these?
nice build!! am located in cali and wanted to know if you can build me a 212 let me know how i can contact you thx
Great build I got 301 on mines
How did you fit it?
Where do you get the wheels
How can I get more power out of 212
How much do you sale em for?
Get rid of that jackshaft, and flip the clutch backwards and you can center the engine NO PROBLEM 😂
I subscribe to your channel bro
you think it’s the same thing on a CT100U??
They are similar frames, might be a little harder because the ct100u is a bit smaller but it’s about the same work.
@@lsminibikesct100u is smaller than a Baja doodlebug?
How fast can this hit if I’m 180
How do you oil the clutch?
Take it off, remove the snap ring and apply high temp grease to bushing. Do not use oil
@@summerypond yeah i used oil and it started boiling and bubbling mid ride
