Hi Amy, I've just come across your channel :) Thank you for sharing all these pre and post run snack ideas! Soaked oats with seeds and fruits is my fav' post-run breakfast!

Loved your video, I going to try to find these books at my local library! From a fellow violist-runner across Canada based in BC :)

Just found your channel! I was searching for Roll Recovery R8+. Watched your video on R8. Thx. And now this one. The four of us, wife two kiddos and I became WFPB/Vegan Sept 2020. I highly recommend it for soooooo many reasons ie immunity, food quality, climate change, chronic disease prevention etc etc. Going to start up running again very soon. Been working on our home gym as we left the commercial gym due to COVID so didn't have much extra time. Looking forward to your videos!

I love my R8! I’m very glad you’ve found that to be working so well for your family! And that you’re going to start up running again 😊 Running is the best haha

You seem like an athlete at a high level. I recommend watching The Game Changers documentary. And while you're at it watch Cowspiracy, Seaspriracy, What the Health, Kiss the Ground and Milked.

I sort of wished I could get into a groove. Shift work can be the pits for routine. Afternoon shift is the only shift I get to run in the morning after my muesli. Then straight into my lunch of eggs. Next week I'm in morning shift so up at 3:30am and go to work so have lunch then run a couple of hours after in the afternoon then straight into dinner. Next week is nightshift. Wake have lunch the run again afternoon then have dinner. So two weeks get to run after waking but my preference is waking and morning run.

That must be tough! I’m sure it can be nice to change up when you run but hard groove wise for sure.
