- Up there as the curry house favourite, this is my take on the Chicken Jalfrezi, with vibrant peppers and the most incredible, aromatic and fragrant tomato gravy. Give this one a go and never have another greasy takeaway version. You need to make this!.

This looks delicious!
Made this curry yesterday so easy to make, was so delicious would definitely recommend 😋
Made this last night. Really is nice.
Cilantro/Coriander is totally NOT optional. The more the merrier. Great recipe. Thanks ❤
Im watching this when im hungry 😩💔 , looks soo yummi 😩😩❤️
I like your presentation - no endlessly long, drawn-out amateurish videos, and none of JO's tiresome prattle. Just good honest food without the bullshit!
My 15-yr-old daughter loves curries. I will definitely try this one!
I just made this and it is so amaaaaziinngg
I wondered why you didn’t use all the sauce you made first in Pan 1? You added most of it to Pan 2 with the chicken and veg but left some sauce over?
I’m going through all your videos, your so talented!
Than you so much x
Bless you, that’s such a lovely message x
Yummm love curry!
Amazing looks great. Can you please post up recipe and instructions with the videos as would make it much easier to prepare. Thanks
Wendbf c xx .
..
Love a Jalfrezi,I make mine hotter, with more fresh chillis.Tip. I wash my rice,in cold water, several times and leave to stand for 10 or 15,mins.This gets rid of the starch and the rice cooks fluffy and separates, not glutinous. I always use Basmati for curries.Kashmiri Pilau is also delish!!
Your recipes are really Unique and yummy...
I like lime pickle ( home made ) mit sour cream. Brilliant menu
Love the look of this, really want to try it, can any extras be frozen at all?
That looks amazing! I just need to get some of those spices so that I can make this!
@Howard Keer how was it?
Made that this evening, this best curry I have had in a long long time.... I added a bit more chilli to mine however hut the way to make the sauce etc is superb

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Looks absolutely delicious. Very authentic
I like how it is chunky! I might add coconut cream in mine :P
This is the dogs danglies, very nice, now my go to curry
At least he doesn't tear through it at 200 miles an hour, plus a list of ingredients, great tasting cuurry.
Nice n simple.!!! .. you could add an onion to the oil before tomatoes n fry off slightly..this will give gravy more texture in the sense it'll hold better n also enhance taste. ..
I'm also a Curry fanatic! AKA lover. Honestly, your color of this recipe is superb!
We love spices, in Pakistan we cook it bit differently but i love the way you cooked it, we serve it with naan. Please do try chicken malai boti. All love from Pakistan❤️
Hey Ian, what knives do you use? And how do you sharpen them?
buy a whetstone
Another fab option!
Where did the tomato gravy come from?
Looks incredible as do most of your recipes, I can’t wait to give it a go. I love the crockery that you have, what range is it if you don’t mind me asking?
Sorry to be so off topic but does anyone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account??
I was stupid forgot the password. I love any help you can give me!

These were not cumin seeds in the second dish - but some sort of curry powder....unless you dry roasted them & then into a powder?
Just made this, cut amount of chilli down as the wife doesn't like too much, also knocked up a couple of your naans at same time, who says men can't multi task ????
Any way i give it 10/10. very tasty, not oily as mentioned and naans were better than you can buy at shop or your curry house.. definitely one for the recipe book, Cheers.
Hi Ian, I am trying to keep my diet and nutrition on track after a diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis/inflammatory back pain. Any help with some vegetarian/pescatarian dishes would be great. Anything low FODMAP would be great too. Just incase you needed any content ideas 😂. Sending lots of love to you and the family. This dish looks great, I think I might try it with a nice meaty fish x
Sure I can help with this. I get on it. Fodmap series maybe? X
Haste's Kitchen A FODMAP series would be awesome, not only would you be helping people like me with inflammatory problems and I hate to say it, but it’s a bit trendy so very current. I’d definitely watch it. I made Salmon Chimichurri last night and really enjoyed it, surprised myself 😂
Lovely! Will definitely try making this. Just some honest non-critical feedback, I’m not a fan of background music. I skip over content providers that add music. I will always watch you, either way...
I was trying to work out what made these video's so annoying when the recipes look so good. It's music, you're right!
doubt
"Better than a greasy takeaway" wise words said by a white man using non stick pans 🤣
That looks more like butter chicken 😂😂😂
Marry me‼️🙏🍴🍛

Don’t use vegetable oil, use ghee.
Personal preference. I'm someone who doesn't like ghee, either taste or the smell when cooking with it.
@@peaceful3250 use homemade spiced oil then! :)
@@analogdistortion Mostly I use virgin coconut oil for recipes like this. 🌼
As soon as I realise he is not from India, off.
Im not from India but my cousin is half Indian and taught me how to make lits of curries.
How many times did he say "nice"?! 15!!! It distracted me at first and then I found it really irritating. Not even sure what he cooked now...
Wow. Didn't even marinade the chicken.
Too bland needs more spices
