Emperically speaking it is pretty common for people to not give a shit about AM or PM. I even know some people that have digital clocks that go up to 23:59 and have AM and PM switched, EG at 4 AM it reads 16:00 instead of 4:00. It's mostly caused by a fuse blowing out, the clock resetting to 00:00 and then setting it 'correctly' without going through the effort to set it 100% correctly.
Total time spent cooking and decorating (according to back clock): 8 hours almost on the dot from 4:15 pm to 1:15am.

I have to say them changing characters was a questionable decision but these two look promising
Take a moment to realise that to do this, they had to boil 50kg of sugar.

I'm sorry, I know it doesn't really matter but the math was so off it really was bothering me. Simply looking at the end of the video, they wrote that they only used 15kg of sugar; that's because 25kg was the final weight of the halva, not the starting weight of the semechki. If they had used 50kg of sugar, they would've ended up with 75kg of halva. (Also, notice that it's not exactly a 2:1 ratio; he just suggests that much so you don't run out of syrup and end up with the wrong consistency. I.e. there would be excess. Even so, it would still only be 20kg of sugar that way.)
