    Hey, Nice work on the ol cross handed switcheroo technique there whilst hitting that inside edge of the bowl. Cutting up and out. Can be tricky that. Hats off to you sir. Excellent crankage btw too.

    Are you able to make your tools food-grade? Do you ever add a lacquer or finish?

      All food handling utensils are made of food grade. And I usually finish them with raw flaxseed oil or walnut oil

    Who made your hook knife?

      The blade was made by Robin wood and I made the handle.
