10 MINUTE HEAVY BAG WORKOUT SPEAR KNEES
Starting out our heavy bag series with spear knees! We will be doing 3 rounds on the heavy bag with 45 seconds of strength conditioning exercises in between rounds. Remember to give it 120% in this intense muay thai training session! Check out the line up below!
