    Starting out our heavy bag series with spear knees! We will be doing 3 rounds on the heavy bag with 45 seconds of strength conditioning exercises in between rounds. Remember to give it 120% in this intense muay thai training session! Check out the line up below!
    R1: Rear Knee + Switch Knee
    45s Lunges
    R2: Jab, knee + Cross switch knee
    45s Squats
    R3: JAB, Cross, Hook Knee + JAB Rear hook switch knee.
