1:27 even if you don't believe in the spiritual side of Karma, it makes perfect sense. For example, if you go around treating people badly, they are more likely to treat you badly, whereas if you treat people kindly, they are more likely to be kind to you.

Why the on Earth do terrorists get to live long lives? Why do infants die of diseases? Why do accidents kill innocent people? There is no spiritual effect of Karma.

@@anush8 That's sort of the point I was trying to make. There may or may not be any force in the universe creating balance, but it makes sense that if you are horrible to people it increases the odds someone will do something horrible to you. Obviously its not guaranteed (as you pointed out) but it essentially becomes a numbers game, where acting a certain way can increase the odds of a certain outcome.
Case in point, Dinesh is his own worst enemy because usually when he acts petty or nasty, his own poor behavior often comes back to bite him. Like when he was making fun of Gilfoyle after that code sprint, but in the end Gilfoyle made him look like a fool by faking the results (if he had just taken the supposed win and been humble in victory, he would have come off looking better when the truth was eventually revealed [even after Danny revealed he messed with both of them])

@@anush8Infants die of diseases primarily due to their compromised immune systems, which is often a matter of genetics. The concept of innocence versus evil is a human construct; we live on a planet where survival of the fittest is a natural law. As for terrorists living long lives, the quality of their existence is worth considering. They live in constant fear of betrayal and the uncertainty of their present and future. To me, that isn't truly living.

In the karma believes they say that a person who suffer is justified because he did bad things in his past life
