You can contact Pakistan tourism department or Pakistan army to check if that's a record and award you the certificate. See if its a Guiness record.

These child are above 12. One time 1999 a family along with their 7 and 9 year old children to ghandogora. We passed dear.
The Jones are by far the longest staying TH-cam Family in Pakistan. Me being a Pakistani, it feels so good that you never get bored or disappointed in any adventure that you had here.
You are wrong, there are many other who even stayed longer than this family e.g check Nora's channel the Netherlands biker girl , Eva zok and there are many more

They never seem to complain. They are in a foreign country, have to eat food that they are not used to and are extremely tired due to the long trek but still smiling.

Chai or cha (in Chinese) refers to tea. Tea is the literal translation of chai. What chai tends to refer to, incorrectly, in the western world is actually masala chai (different masala to that used in savory cooking). The masala in this case refers to the familiar blend containing cardamom.
Cha(ཅ་ or ཇ་ ) is the local Balti (Tibetan) word for tea,as we people in this Area(K2) speak Balti Tibetan.
Cha in punjabi as well. Chai in Urdu
19:20 all the locals have sweaters and wooly hats on and the Jones have shirts and sun cream on.

I am a Pakistani living in Canada. Ive watched all your videos from Pakistan and it makes me happy to see this kind of tourism boost in our country. You guys are amazing as a family and im sure leading a great life too. Your work issa big motivation for people who are otherwise reluctant to visit Pakistan cause of what media portrays Pakistan as. The beauty of track for K2 base camp is surprise, when going to 2nd highest mountain, you only think about extreme cold and hardship but when on the first day of track, you came across some of the hottest and dried day just like a desert.

@@WheretheJones These places are good for trekking purposes no doubts,but I am a bit more interested to see most of these places turned into good vacation destination for tourists too you know,like some of the easily accessible places over there with good & amazing views.Also if there are more hotels down below over there then definitely tourists would find it more convenient to go further on for trekking too cause they would get much facilitated.
Ali Khan well places like this will only ever be for adventure types like on the EBC. sure it would be cool to see a tea house or 2 out there and some actual hotels in Askole but beyond that it really should be kept raw IMO.

Excellent Video... the info about Trek & Conditions is spot on.. According to google the Korakorams are 20 million years Younger than the Himalayas... The evolution process is still going on and the area is rising by 2 to 2-1/2 inches per year... That is the reason there is so much sand on the Trek and also the Glaciers are almost covered with debris..

If you have some days left then visit Bishgram Danda lake Swat Valley. It's a 5 hours trek and a paradise green valley throughout the way.
