@Caiden Zaiden thanks for your reply. I found the site through google and im in the hacking process now. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
I'm hoping to push mid 300s with my set up. 93 Oct, CTS K04, IE K04 tune, CTS Turbo back, CTS IC, CTS intake. Plan on doing a WHOLE lot more by the end of the year.
@@robertrooney7857 I've added the charge pipe, throttle pipe and TCU tune. So I'm at around 6.5k with installation costs. I need to work on the brakes and suspension now. That's gonna run another 2k or so. Everything depends on the brand you buy as well and what you can put on vs what you need a mechanic for. I would start with turbo, turbo back exhaust, tune and intake. Then build out to throttle pipe, charge pipe, Intercooler, rad, TCU tune, etc.
@zaidhchoudhry512 just got the car back a couple weeks ago. Haven't taken it to get put on the dyno yet. Best guess, 400-430hp. 25-27psi. My HPFP is stock. I'll need to upgrade the fueling system and go big turbo to get close to or over 600hp. I'll end up getting the IE HPFP, 600+ hp support LPFP and bigger injectors. But that's not going to happen until I finish the suspension and get a big brake kit. Once I get my P3 guage installed, I'll know the PSI. Which I can better guess wht the HP is. K04 can get to 500, but I know better than to take that little guy that far. Im looking at the GTX30 from Garrett for the big turbo upgrade later.
@@NuffxSaid 400? Damn that's really string. Here, in the UK everyone gets a HPFP upgrade (autotech or VIS) at stage 2+ before even going K04. I find it very interesting the difference in approach to tuning. Anywhere I can follow your build?

I was using a mustang dyno so I as able to calibrate the dyno to the gearing and wheel speed of any gear that I want to run so the valves stay vary close to what it makes in 4th or 5th gear. This dyno also has a drive train loss calibration so that also is taken into account.

Stock IHI Stage 2 cars have made 250whp on that tiny turbo. I know it’s a Mustang dyno but on a K04 even on 91 that seems incredibly low.
Pretty good/consistent numbers with ONLY 91 octane. Thanks for sharing!!! Enjoy your weekend/1st day of Spring!!!
The car did well. It’s fun to drive and it made close to the same hp that the K03 on e40 did. Have a great weekend

Running a stage 1+ tune on 93oct and got 271hp and 314tq off a Cobb ap
Nice those are solid numbers on 93oct. what dyno was it?
German Elite Tuning Dyno Jet I believe
Do you have to do any internal things to the motor or u jus buy it and bolt it on ??
Nope this is a bolt on turbo that works with the stock bottom end and fueling.

Yah out 91 is crap here in phx and I’m running the stock intercooler. The Mustang dyno can read lower than most also.

It’s a Mustang dyno so the numbers are about 20% lower than a dyno jet.
