How to fix brushroll debris error on shark ion robot rv750_n

How to fix “I can’t move due to debris blocking my parts. Please turn me over and remove any hair or debris” notification error on shark ion robot RV750_N when there is no debris / unit is clean. The unit will who Dock + max + ! flashing together troubleshooting error. Instructions say clean brush roll but if the beushroll is already clean / no debris, and still getting error, then pop a washer onto the post to eliminate the wiggle room and it will be fixed.

Thanks for the video! My problem was hair wrapped around that same area but not the rubber piece you mentioned. Without your video I may never had found it!!!!

The fix worked well for us! In our model the rubber cover had hair coiled around the axle. I cleaned it and voila the vacuum cleaner works as before.
I would never have thought to look for hair under the plastic bearing cover on my own.

Omg im getting the same error message and when i took it apart looking at your video in comparison, i see that I'm missing that rubber gasket all together!! Thats probably my issue! Good heavens. This is why i checked this out before calling shark. Now i can just ask them if i can have a replacement.
