Buddy, thanks for posting this, and good job -- I know it took you a lot of time to whip up these eight minutes. It's not just a tuned ethanol-mixed FBO dyno run video, rather you also teach viewers who may not know too much throughout the video pertinent bits and pieces, starting with measuring alcohol content and moving on to leveraging a dyno to investigate whether you are limited by stock fuel pumps at varying ethanol saturations or maybe a stock turbo or an imperfect OTS tune in order to decide what (if anything) to throw more money at first, and you also add remarks regarding air temp/pressure/humidity being other factors affecting numbers of such a test. The dyno guys knew their stuff too, including California fuel and experience with other customer BMW runs, which makes me more inclined to make a long drive to the nearest dyno shop. While you did not go into too much depth on such things, as that would yield way too long a video, that's enough substantive scraps for those intrigued by the prospect of more power via tuning, fuel octane and/or hardware to go dig for additional information elsewhere. An outstanding public service on your part, I just had to say well done.
Solid numbers! Definitely look into the mst v2 turbo inlet and maybe even a turbosmart DV as well. I’m pretty much the same set up plus those on my 335i EWG and it seemed that the inlet helped a good bit especially up top with airflow. Looking into a dorch stage 2 next
@@bmwdriven v2 is for upgraded turbos but can be used on stock turbos. Since you’re EWG it actually helps as it removes the stock inlet restriction, and lets the air flow more freely especially up top. There’s a few guys on the forums that posted some data to show this
how accurate can you say the built in hp/tq gauges are? ive got a FBO m235i xdrive on e30 and would like to know how close the gauges are to the actual numbers without having to dyno the car myself.
VRSF. Great product and value for the price. Extreme Powerhouse used to sell this intercooler but here's a link to where I bought it from: x-ph.com/2014-435-1/ Use my coupon code: bmwdriven for 10% off!
@@bmwdriven That and the B58tu hpfp is on my list next, don’t think it will affect my peak numbers too much but will have gained some mid range and top end won’t choke out anymore

I'm not worry about the hp numbers. I worry about my dragy numbers. Looks beautiful!!! Good job on the mods and 435i care!!!
Yeah, I'm not too worried about HP numbers either. Just good to know it cracks the 400HP mark. Thanks for tuning in my dude!
Обдув на стенде конечно мощный)) Можно было просто воздухом с компрессора дунуть или фен у жены попросить.
On stock hpfp did you have any fuel pressure drops. My hpfp was dropping like 1200 psi on bm3 stage 2 e30. It can barely hang with e20
Minor drops but nothing like 1200 psi. My car has responded to the OTS E30 map really well.
Looking to get one of these cars … what’s the highest mileage you think I shouldn’t go over while purchasing this car

Hey Bill! I thought V2 was for upgraded turbos. V1 is for stock, no?

Great vid man!!
Thanks Dylan 👊🏻
I got my bm3 flex fuel kit on the way. Which map should I use? Stage 2 multimap or stage 2 E30?

Nice to meet ya, Ezera! I appreciate your support 👊🏻
Good figures for the tune! You have stock inlet pipe? I heard that gives extra hp, must try
Yeah, not bad! A good amount of torque. Stock inlet. That would be worth looking into, thanks!
