I don’t know why there are so little views man, every shop I go to wants to pull the fuckin block to do my headers. I’m thinking I’ll just do it myself after seeing this. Thanks man ! Good shit
GREGGO YUNGSTAR my first time took damn near a whole day, this second round I knew exactly what was going on and it was the exact same set up so total install time was 4 hours
Ruben Garcia Ok thanks bro, i have long tubes on the way for my 14' 300c, got a pair of 12 in extensions but i had them send me a second pair of 12 in extensions just in case. They told me if i dont need them to just send them back for a refund lol
K. Hamilton hell yeah man! Bet it sounds mean, I believe the factory O2 harnesses are zip tied up in there some where so they don’t hang so much but I don’t remember too well.. but I know just with the ones they sent me was more than enough, I had to fold them and zip tie them back up
Ruben Garcia Yeah bro i installed shorty headers myself a couple months ago, last thing for the full exhaust would be for the stock cats to go, but i ended up wanting long tubes so i got the high flow cats and then it will be full exhaust, sounds good now but after the headers / hi flows i bet it will be crazy lol
Andolini Corleone yes, these headers are sold with either “high flow cats” or “off road cats” I went for the off roads for sound and doing away with the cats does add some hp because it does away with the restriction of air flow
love the Journey in the background
Sounds so good man good job
Enjoyed the video and your radio station!!
EnlightMent thank you very much, I appreciate that
Hell I'm gonna save $600 and do it myself you made me a believer bro great job I'm installing on a 06 300c.
frankie guevara hell yeah man get you some of that! A couple of extensions and a swivel and you’re good to go!
Frankie how bad was it to do on your c I am planning on doing them to my 06 300c also
@@jonathanalcox9286 not bad at all just need patience.took me a day and a half to complete but I got them installed.
Anyone try this on a 2006 AWD 300C? Will they fit?
Nice, long tube install on car ramps!!!! Sweetness.
rayscopes had a little bit of experience from a 15’ Challenger, but this one felt a lot easier 4 hours from start to finish! Really easy mod
How many o2 senor extensions did you need? 2 or 4?
ModCityK 4 the sensors from the manifolds are pushed back where the stock cats went and the sensors for the cats are pushed back pretty far as well
Chingon bro sounds 🔥
I don’t know why there are so little views man, every shop I go to wants to pull the fuckin block to do my headers. I’m thinking I’ll just do it myself after seeing this. Thanks man ! Good shit
Thanks man hardest part is starting, once you get a good view of everything down there it’s not so scary
Sounds like the idle got deeper with the header install!
Manuel Garcia definitely did, very aggressive at WOT you’ll see that here in the next video!
Shiit bad ass. You should do a before and after revs.
Nice!
magik1ful thank you!
What year is this 300
I'm going to do same headers to my hemi pretty soon you have the part# of the exact headers you got
magik1ful shm64h I hope everything goes as smooth for you as it did for me
Wow! 👍👍👍
Do you have the link for these?
How much did you sell your cats for ?
Did you use a wobble head on the wrench to take out the bolts? What size socket are they?
Yeah, like 3 extensions and a swivel.. I believe they’re 10mm it’s been a while
Did your check engine light come on?
Yes, tuning is required
Damn how long did it take you to do it some people it take hour s
GREGGO YUNGSTAR my first time took damn near a whole day, this second round I knew exactly what was going on and it was the exact same set up so total install time was 4 hours
looking to add headers to my 05 300c. question. did you need a tune after the install?
hey, looking to add some to mine too, same model, but if you add a tune after you will really get the most out of it, I suggest getting a tune
You don’t “need” a tune, but it does help for gains and efficiency
@@Rubengarcia.20 thanks very much for the reply man. so it is not a must to get a tune. but its recommended?
Of course, and yes
@@Rubengarcia.20 for a diy how hard is it to do it? im the time that likes to work on my own cars.
Did you just need a pair of 12 inch o2 extensions or did you need the 24 in?
K. Hamilton I believe it’s 2 sets of 12 in. Not too long, but long enough
Ruben Garcia

great work bro, just quick question. Is it possible to keep my cats on for Emission purpose and do they give you little bit of hp?
Andolini Corleone yes, these headers are sold with either “high flow cats” or “off road cats” I went for the off roads for sound and doing away with the cats does add some hp because it does away with the restriction of air flow
@@Rubengarcia.20 where did you get them from? I assume they will fit my 2006 300c SRT8
Andolini Corleone stainlessworks.net I’m not sure if the port size is the same for that year
No check engine light ?
Manuel Click baits yes sir, from the increased air flow
How much that run you bro!! Nice looking headers.
That sounds mean asf bro.
sergio salcedo 1080 for everything, thanks bro!
Increase in Hp?
Derrick Iowa yeah, noticeable amount
Is this a awd ?
It is not
All that without dropping the motor.
Bob Ross easy money
Ruben Garcia I salute you man you did it on ramps too man fuck I own a RT Charger 16 model and shit it tight as hell for those bolts
You need Jack stands, those plastic ramps are trash
Lone Wolf with all the pulling and tugging that goes on under the car during this process I trust these ramps a lot more than jack stands
