      I do a combination of both...some days I focus on low reps heavy weight and other I do higher rep moderate weight. I always push myself no matter what the rep range is.

    This was awesome! Can you do another FDOE when you are closer to stage? Lower calories and alterations you make? I know you’ve done this before, but just an idea!       Glad you like them! The treadmill is ok, gets the job done lol. It's a bit noisy. I got it on Amazon is the
      (Sunny Health & Fitness Asuna SpaceFlex Motorized Running Treadmill with Auto Incline) they had a huge sale a few weeks ago so I got it at a low price. I think they are currently sold out.

    Natalie, what was your shoulder injury? I have a partial rotator cuff tear right now and haven't been able to do a full shoulders workout for months and my shoulders have dwindled😭. I have a high deductible insurance so I haven't seen a physical therapist, but from your experience do you think it would be worth it? Btw i totally agree the corrective exercises are SO LAME 😂 (I Googled some and have done a few times) but I haven't been good about doing them regularly.

    My biggest struggle with going Vegan on a fat loss + lean muscle preserving or gains is the amounts of carbs I’ll be intaking. The carbs that sort of follow the protein. How many carbs would you limit a person trying to lose fat and is moderately active? I am female 5’9, I weigh 138lbs

      Miss V trifecta they’re just almonds covered in cinnamon and a bit of sugar. I was trying out this trifecta meal prep service. I got some almonds and veggies. You can totally get the exact almonds at the bulk bin for cheaper at the grocery store

    Goku flex, My overall calorie intake is 2500 and my body weight was 150ibs. I calculated my macros to it turned out to be-carbs 248g/fat 45g/protein 150g and my rdi (daily kcal intake) is 1997. That's what I calculated atleast. But I'm having trouble on what to eat it seems like everything i make it either goes over fat grams or protein and carbs of what i should be eating I'm 15 so I'm limited i can't find the perfect food to eat because when i control protein i break the other two micros same for the others. So it's giving me less confidence. But i can control the cals i eat like the number. Do i stick to this diet for two weeks then weigh in, l then recalculate my macros with my new weight and repeat?but what if i gain weight? Do i still do it?i kinda want to give up but i want to change..i need to.

      Usually I like to wait around 14 days to see what my weight does. If weight stays the same you’re probably at Maintenance calories. If your goal is to lose weight... you can create a deficit by adding cardio or cutting calories slightly from your maintenance. I highly recommend getting a coach. Having a coach has helped me so much. Is the best investment I ever made.

    Just went on the liv body web site and was disappointed to see them selling animal products in there supplements I know they have vegan ones as well but was hoping for a strictly vegan compony.Do as anyone now of a good one geared to athletes?
