    • @1Scarecrow2

      Agree.
      It will come a day when they learn more Malays words, like
      cukup = enough ( example, iChang using hand sign to say enough could be replaced by "cukup")
      sikit or sedikit = a little
      sedap = delicious
      sangat sedap / sedapnya = very delicious
      (sangat = very)
      sangat baik = very good
      Makan = eat
      Makanan = food
      Masak = cook
      Masakan = cooking (as a noun)
      Masakan iChang sangat sedap! means :
      iChang's cooking is very delicious!
      Keep up the good job. Well done!
      Terima kasih!

    IChang n Jimmy..my hats off to you both. This shows how much you really love Malaysian food. I suggest..next time buy the dark soy sauce as well that should make your dish darker. To avoid too spicy..you can limit the dried chillies. Anyway...well done guys. I agree with one of the comments. Why don't you learn Bahasa Malaysis during the lockdown. You can also make a video using Bahasa Malaysia.

    Since you nailed Daging Hitam, it shall be the main dish, then just make ayam goreng berempah, so you got the crispy texture + the tender beef. The sides combo were spot on ; kubis+salted egg+bendi. One more element papadam can be add too.

    Great job!!! It’s always more expensive(and a lot of work obviously) to make your own nasi kandar at home than just go to a restaurant and order from boss like a boss ^^ But I understand how one can have such craving sometimes and hasn’t the luxury of being in Malaysia nor have a Restoran Nasi Kandar nearby. This video made me laugh so much, made me drool, and then made me cry. Thanks for bringing what’s great from my home country to the entire world from the perspective of a traveler. You guys are so cute!!! Ahaha..if you wanna get your daging hitam more black and thick broth i think you have to let it cook on the stove for a while in low fire. The good technique in malaysian cooking is to let it simmer until you can see the oil floating on the surface and that's what we called "pecah minyak". I always enjoy watching you guys cooking. This goes to show a lot of our local content are not catering to international audiences. Local content creators should not restrict to only local viewers, they should provide eng sub, no need for a full on English video. Imagine if all animes, kdramas & variety shows don't have Eng sub? despite our interest, we won't be able to learn their culture nor the content. I hope more local content creators cater more to International fans!
    In another context, great video as well! Now I'm craving for Nasi Kandar Yaseem hmm
