At the beggining Cyborg said fuck the world , at the end he was willing to sacrifice himself , that is what I call character development
Loved every minute he was on screen
I couldn’t have said it better myself. Snyder really covered his bases. This movie is a grand slam!
He did say that, but honestly, i think Diana already pointed out that wasn't his true feelings. Regardless, still development if he was just open about it tho. I felt more that the real development for him was his self-acceptance.

I still can't believe how dirty they did Cyborg & Flash. The time reversal/"I'm not broken" finale is **easily** one of the greatest moments in the entire DCEU.
I’d go so far to say it’s one of the greatest moments in super hero films, period.
The Cyborg storyline is all about overcoming depression. He thinks he’s useless, and then he realizes he never stopped being a champion.

Superman's return with Flight 2.0 music was absolutely perfect. You could see that in the Snyder Cut all of the members had something important to do. Batman got them in through the barrier and focused the parademons on himself. Superman helped defeat Steppenwolf and saved Cyborg. Wonder Woman and Aquaman gave the final fatal blows to Steppenwolf. Flash and Cyborg... saved the world. The Justice League felt like a real strong team.
So true. I honestly believe that Joss Whedon wanted to sabotage this film with his reshoots and what he did to the 3rd act in the theatrical cut. Like all this footage was already filmed when Snyder left so wtf was Whedon thinking when he changed everything.

@@skarletfenrir6979 he could've easily just taken out the blood and r rated violence and trimmed it down to 3 hours. As shown by Endgame audiences are willing to sit through long movies now. There was no need for any reshoots especially the Henry Cavill CGI moustache stuff. Also the humor in the snyder cut was better than anything that Whedon shoved in.
@@ARBLACKx Oh believe me, I also believe that Joss Whedon sabotaged this film. He even liked a tweet with someone saying that Steppenwolf is the worst villain in any movie ever. He seemed like he wanted this to fail for whatever reason. Snyder gave a ton of depth to everyone and he took it all away. Turned Steppenwolf from a cool villain/villain that you understand into "MOTHER". He cut out all of the best flash and Cyborg stuff.
@@justtoolit6051 I'm convinced that he intentionally gave Wonder Woman one of the worst acted lines in the film (one of her bad takes) because she didn't want to do the Flash falling on her boobs scene. That's the sort of shit he would do in Buffy and Angel. The worst indictment of the the theatrical release is they could have left in any of the expanded plot points and it would have made it a better film. What setting up a Russian family for comedic relief at the end worth sacrificing five minutes of important Steppenwolf back story? Was portraying Bruce Wayne as an alcoholic really a better decision than leaving out Dr. Stone's key sacrifice? There's so many head scratching decisions with what we got in the theaters.

@@john976431 WB is NOTORIOUS for this, James Gunn refused to work with them for years over what they did to Scooby Doo, apparently the original was a rated R dark comedy horror with Daphne and Velma in a badass Lesbian relationship. But WB forced the script to be completely warped to be "marketable". Im shocked they got him to return for The Suicide Squad. Only took 2 deacdes of begging 🤣

Wonder Woman was a savage beheading Steppenwolf lmfaooo and Darkseid was a bigger savage for stomping Steppenwolf's head out.
That's her signature move in the comics. She almost always went for the head.

Only downside is there is no place they could end part 1. This only works as a full movie. Id have gone to see it though
Snyder is so damn good at making me get emotional when Superman takes off.
Barry didn't do Flashpoint, he reversed time! He refined it several minutes back. That's why the world around him was recreating as he was moving forward.
He probably did create flashpoint as a result of this though.
@@JohnnySensei7 Flashpoint will probably be later, in his own solo movie. Now that Barry has fully rewound time here to save everyone, and doesn't see any bad consequences to it, he'll be motivated to run back and save his mother. Then, he'll realize how much he screwed everything up by doing it.

@@Dxntoo Flashpoint is all about saving his mom from dying and preventing his father from going to prison. So he ran back in time about 15 years for Flashpoint. Here he pretty much ran back only about 10 or 15 seconds.

I love that small fist-bump Flash and Cyborg had in the group shot at the end. Kind of shows how after they are still the young newbies of the team. These small nuances is what makes this film work really well.
That shot of Superman in front of the sun was my favorite shot hands down

That Superman reveal saying I'm not impressed whooping his butt and The Flash going back in time was two of the most epic scenes in there man WHOAAAA

Hearing both of Clark's dads giving speeches with MOS score in the background gave me all kinds chills. I wish Superman was given more to do in both versions of JL overall, but man Synder really nailed those scenes IMO.

Actually what cyborg saw, was Darkseid coming and killing Lois with the Omega beams. It wasn't superman that killed her. Then Darkseid uses the anti life equation against Superman's anguish and turns him evil. Leading into JL2
It was a fight till Superman showed up, then Steppnwolf became a straight up punching bag, if Supes was around from the start it would’ve been a pretty short movie lol.
