Thanks. I started culturelle kids for my daughter this past week and she went downhill fast. I suspected excess lactate. Her acid reflux went off the chart crazy with acid erosion around her g tube site. Shared your video to my own TH-cam channel.

As a result of the stool test, my Lactobacillus count was high and my bifido rate was 0, and before that, I was using probiotics containing lactobacillus and it got worse. It was really good that I came across this video, because no one talks about this issue and people pay tons of money for these probiotics without realizing it. Most of my problems that occur in the intestine are actually caused by I understood that it is because bifidos are 0, so it is very important to have a microbiota test. So, what do you think about the use of digestive enzymes along with probiotics? I have candida and can digestive enzymes be used along with bifido for the biofilm layer and I would appreciate it if you could talk more about candida issues.

thanks for sharing. candida is an opportunistic pathogen, just like bad bacteria. so the philosophy is the same. You need to correct the gut environment. In fact, I've helped several women with chronic yeast infections only by supporting their guts. You don't need the enzymes, unless you have pancreatic insufficiency or have had your gallbladder removed. Go to the "protocols" tab on my website, and find the condition that best defines you.

I have plenty of others in the funnel, and there's no need to. We have to move away from this need for probiotics. We don't need them. You have to support the vast array of more powerful health-promoting bacteria already present in your gut. This is the main theme of my presentations. You should watch more of them.

What do you recommend for histamine intolerance?

you have to reduce the hyper/inflammatory state in your gut, which means rectifying any dysbiosis. If you'd like to schedule a consult, you're welcome to do so.

Elevated antibody levels are found in patients with viral infections. Therefore, antibodies are bad.

Antibodies are a good thing, without them we don't live. Prolonger elevated inflammation is a bad thing. That's what we're trying to avoid. Sure, in vitro, we can show that Lactobacillus can outcompete a bad actor, or a good actor. But you have to realize that Lacto can thrive in an environment while the most beneficial bacteria cannot. And it can contribute to dysbiosis and disease directly. We need to stop focusing on two genera of probiotics, it's an achievement or marketing over intelligence. We need to focus on the many other health-promotors which do not exist as probiotics, and who have tons of data to show that they are wildly more beneficial than Lactobacillus, which at best is not beneficial in the dysbiotic.
