Thank you for doing this video! I will look forward to the information behind Helpdesk and research on it. I'll be finishing my Associate Degree and Certificate in Networking/Computer Technician this year. In addition, I plan to attain my A+ Certification somewhere in the summer or in the beginning of Fall. Ultimately, I agree that starting in HelpDesk position is a great start, especially for the experience.
