OK, challenge!!! It seems to me that VP is making a career of doing songs that "can't be done" a cappella.... so ... challenge! Go on record naming a few major songs that "can't be done" , and lets see if any of them happen!
They trade off duties for songs. Whoever is heading a production does the arrangement, video and everything related except that Kathy manages the production, special makeup is usually done by Rick Underwood, camera operation is by a steadicam person and final mix by Ed Boyer. Everything else is done by the guys.
