Hormones suck! My own diet changes a week before my period and then changes again when it's over. Bloating and all sorts of things really make it seem like there's no progress but keep it up! You're in the right mindset!
I like what the woman said that your ideal size is the size when you can do whatever you want. Being the smallest size possible isn't for everyone. My family doesn't really push for anyone to be small, just capable of being active in everyday life. If you can keep up with your kids/relative's kids and play soccer/basketball/tag then you're a good size. I know some large sturdy built basketball players that play well. Can't wait to see what you look like at the end of this. Your weight journey will have ups and downs and thanks for sharing them!

What eyeshadow are you wearing???? @LisaKing. I need that! XD Also, (look into this for yourself, "I'm not a doctor") but DHEA and Selenium can help promote optimum hormone levels and help with symptoms before, during and after menses. By the way, if any of you ladies are on birth control, those supplements ought to be taken (ask your doctor) because birth control, obviously, screws with your hormone production.

Thank you so much! The eyeshadow is from the Limoncello Colourpop palette. It is my absolute favorite! And thank you for the advice, I'll look into it. :)

I think it’s natural for women to have a layer of fat, not too much obviously, and having muscle is good in general. I do think the “standard” for women is kind of masculine. It’s not great. Of course getting huge is bad too.

Yes, definitely. Men who are of average weight will have significantly less fat than women. Women also need fat to get pregnant. We need to be between like 22 and 25% fat for optimum reproductive health.
