Kinda weird that the rack bolts together but ships assembled. Top notch video as always.👌
It may be easier to ship bolted together. The amount of space that they would have needed to pack it with protective foam and such, might not have saved that much more space. Thank you!

I purchased the Rogue urethane dumbbells about two years ago (5 through 60 pounds). I love them, but did have to exchange nearly half of them due to big inconsistencies in knurling. Rogue was great about exchanging them, although the knurling does still vary but at least its the same now for each set. Some knurls were almost smooth and others extremely aggressive like you were holding a round metal burr file. The sheen is inconsistent (shiny and then matte on some), but I was okay with that and didn't exchange those. I also bought a set of Micro Gainz so I could add 2.5 pounds to each dumbbell when desired. I house the dumbbells in a three-shelf Rogue storage system where the dumbbells sit on a tray designed for dumbbells. It's very good but I suspect if you have room the dumbbell rack shown in this video would look and function better. Overall, the Rogue dumbbells are top notch and come at a premium price, but in my opinion well worth the investment. Rogue - If you're reading this, up the quality control and get the knurling right. Inconsistency in knurling seems too common for this premium product.
I believe you could call customer service about the inconsistent knurling.

Great video! What are your thoughts on the rep dumbbells? These look awesome but >1k more for inconsistent knurling (haven’t heard anything about rep but maybe same issues?). Appreciate your reviews! Awesome stuff and sick gym!
I’m pretty sure they are the same dumbbells. I’ve read a few reviews on the Rep Urethane Dumbbells and they have the same issue with the Knurling. Thank you for your support, I’m glad you like the video!
I've got the rep 5-100 urethane dumbbell set with 2 of these same rogue racks (gonna get the 105-150 to fill up the rack soon) and all the dumbbells have equal knurling. I love it and would recommend the rep over the rogue urethane dumbbells because they are a lot cheaper and are the same dumbbell.
Also note all of my rep dumbbells have the same consistent "shine" to them.

Have you tried putting the heavier dumbbells on top?
@@vieri864 the bottom of the rack sticks out too far to comfortably put 125-150lbs weights at the top. The smaller weights are the most used by people that come to the gym so it makes sense to be in this configuration, at least for me it does.

How accurate is stated weight?
From what I’ve measured they were 3/10ths off of stated weight at the most and between the pairs I didn’t have anymore more that 1/10th difference. Although the 75s were 74.5 so that one was curious. But for the mort part they are pretty consistent with the heavier dumbbells being even closer to the stated weight on average (95s+)
