I have the same issue, just not the same success. I followed the vid step by step and got nothing. I’m really not trying to spend $1000 on a starter. Is there something else I could try? Something I may have missed?
That's great I'm glad it worked for you ! I was a little unsure but I trusted the video I seen too. Its a small area to solder too. I was thinking what would happen if I touch them both! Glad it worked !
I had a issue like the RMC. My problem was the stock negative battery cable. It was only being help on by the rubber from the cable. Cut clamp off. put on a new clamp end on. NO more issue of it not wanting to start. I thought I had a broken battery post(terminal). reason if I put pressure on the clamp it would start. I had lights on when I tried to start. Turn the key to start car then lose all power.

@@hajileserpud9539 Yeah, I did. It was the central locking pump in the trunk, and a new RCM with a brand new battery. Been working ever since..
