Pau tiene un gran manejo de sus emociones, no porque las reprima, sino porque realmente puede manejar un rango de emociones muy diverso entregándose totalmente pero sin dejar que eso cambie su objetivo. Es impresionante. - Pau has a great emotional management, not because she respresses her emotions, but because she can really manage to have a very diverse range of emotions, feeling them but without loosing her focus. Really impressive.

La vi a usted en una foto en un grupo de The Warning Army, con otros fans creo en Atlanta?. Buen análisis como siempre! Esa Pau me hace llorar solo con su sentimiento en los colores que pone en su voz, sin poner atención a la letra, ya me la esta contando la historia como va matizando. Pau es genial! Vivan las mujeres! Por cierto, hoy leí y aprendí de Julia Butterfly Hill, una activista que se subió a un árbol de 1000 años y vivió ahí arriba cerca de 730 días para evitar que una compañía maderera lo cortara. You challenge me to keep listening to Spanish just to hear your speech without the translation. Breathe was sung immediately after Black Holes, folded by Enter Sandman. The string players sat out Breathe.
Thank you Cami for your expert analysis of these performances, it increases my enjoyment and musical understanding of these wonderful young women. It’s incredible to think Black Holes was written by a young teen. Viva The Warning!

Man. I hate the hurricane. I was getting ready to drive down to Atlanta for the show before it was cancelled. It would have been nice to meet everyone. At least we'll get another shot when it's rescheduled.

The girls did a pitch test, for fun and the results are interesting. Ale was almost perfect. Dany not far behind. Pau... well, Pau struggled a bit (maybe partly because she was laughing so much). And as I'm sure you've heard by now - she is also still sick during this performance. It just adds to the amazing nature of her pieces here. The strings are basically standing in for Dany and Ale, while they take a break.

Pau is the beating heart of The Warning. Besides being their percussionist, she is thair primary songwriter/arranger, and the manager of their electronics.
She's also the only one of the three who can break your heart.

Nunca habia escuchado un grupo como TW...Son increibles y todas las canciones tienen melodias muy bellas. Deberias reaccionar a Crimson Queen. En esta es Dany que se luce por ejemplo en la version de 2020 de Matthew Frazer en Whisky a Gogo son solo dos acordes pero uff que cancion.
And before anyone says anything, let me get out in front of it....Breathe is NOT about Pau losing a friend to drowning, suicide, car crash, cancer, or any other way to die. This was a song she wrote about her own struggles with panic attacks. Ok, you may return to your regularly scheduled comments. 😉

Oh, if only I could it’d save me so much effort. But unfortunately I saw this around the time Error was released. If I’d known then what I know now, I would have bookmarked it so I could link it to all the false rumor comments. But there are others in the TWA that have seen it, too. Sorry.

@@GreatOutdoors1It makes sense in that during a recent interview, Pau revealed that she has an obsession with thinking of her mortality, wondering if when you die you remember anything about your life - like when she sees statues of famous people she wonders if they know that people made statues for them. Dany and Ale ground her whenever that happens, but I think that is part of her anxiety and if she isn’t with her sisters or anyone else who can calm her down, the attack can get out of control. Having dealt with anxiety myself, I can tell you the lyrics of Breathe sum it up well. You feel like you can’t breathe which triggers a natural panic attack.
No it’s not. You see, I HEARD Pau say this was a panic attack set to music. I’m not the only person who heard her say it. On the other hand, people spreading these rumors that it’s about the death of a friend have never heard anyone even associated with the band claim this. All they ever say is they’ve heard the rumor. Whereas, I actually heard Pau. See the difference? And speak to anyone who has dealt with severe anxiety attacks and let them hear the song they’ll confirm this song very accurately describes the feeling associated with this affliction. But if you want to go believe in these falsehoods, you’ll have to choose which one you’re going to believe as I’ve seen people claim this was written about a friend who died, a friend who drowned, a friend who committed suicide, a friend who died in a car crash, a friend who died of cancer…I guess you can believe which ever story you want. Whereas, I’ll believe what the artist said her song was about.

El video de Breathe fue borrado de todas las plataformas de la cuenta de la banda, ¿Por qué? No tengo la menor idea. Solo espero que no haya sido una decisión permanente y pronto vuelvan a "resubir" el video. La canción es muy hermosa y la interpretación de Paulina maravillosa, como para no compartirla con el mundo.
