I have changed the cylinder Head on my Astra Z17dth engine as the previous one bent the valves and I had to replace the injectors, which have taken months to arrive but today am preparing to try and start the vehicle. What steps can I take to make sure I don't have much trouble starting the vehicle?
@@mechanicigor Not the cooper washers.. this engine gets oil in coolant when the rubber rings gets loose in injector sleeves,injector cups or how do you want to call it. Another place is oil cooler. Head gasket failure is very rare in this engines but you can get the very same symptoms.

Bleed the fuel system with manual pump

Big job to do in this small engine bay. In astra you don't have to remove front mask, radiator, condenser.. did you changed the injector sleeves?
Yes that is correct, I changed the copper washers of the injectors
