Only by Learning Vocabs(HK English) first n hoping your English will be good is like putting the Carriage in front of the Horse. Students must learn to write simple English sentences (from simple declarative sentences to compound n complex sentences) first with ordinary Vocabs n conjunctive words to express simple ideas to express daily neccesary events to their views or feelings on certain subjects. The so called powerful Vocabs will come along. That was how my UK teachers taught English to us while we were in Hong Kong. Writing, Writing and more Writing !!
