The Filipino culinary as you can see do not put things to waste, whatever parts can be eaten they will find a way to make it palatable. An interesting trivia is that back in the colonial times the Philippines was one of the two (the other being Mexico) global trading posts for the galleon trade known as the Manila Acapulco galleon trade that run for 250 years. The Manila Acapulco galleon trade ran for twice a year for 250 years without fail from 1565-1815 between Manila in the Philippines and Acapulco in Mexico. That is the way many of the foods like the sineguelas and ingredients from around the world first came to the Philippines. The mangoes for instance is not endemic to the Philippines but the Philippines have created many cultivars of mangoes, the island of Guimaras in particular producing some of the sweetest mangoes in the world.

20:16 - No worries. You don't have to mix Halo-Halo, despite it's name. There's really no wrong way of eating it. Some Filipinos prefer to eat it tasting each ingredient, and not mixed into a pile of mush. I like seeing the colors too when I eat my Halo-Halo.

Guys, if you planning of being in Bohol please go to “The Mist” restaurant it’s really good place to eat. I would recommend of having dinner there around 5-5:30pm since it would be very long line. You don’t need to take my word for it but you will know when you go there.

20:16 - No worries. You don't have to mix Halo-Halo, despite it's name. There's really no wrong way of eating it. Some Filipinos prefer to eat it tasting each ingredient, and not mixed into a pile of mush. I like seeing the colors too when I eat my Halo-Halo.
Sineguelas You can make a Jam those ripe enough like Strawberry season month of July.
Just be careful when u eat local street foods coz sometimes ur stomach might not be able to handle it then u could get sick.

Chicken blood is good also if included in tinola or Nilaga chicken as long as the blood is so fresh
