Go to Prince Edward Island if you come to Canada in the fall! It's where Anne of Green Gables takes place and where L.M Montgomery Is from. It's beautiful! Also if you love mountains, Alberta and BC are great because they have the Rockies. Much love from Canada! 😊
I loved your sweet comments on my local town, Bath. I live in the surrounding countryside you speak of. I have never visited US but if I did, I would head straight to New England in autumn. I enjoyed hearing of your favourite autumn films and activities. My own favourites are Hocus Pocus and Practical Magic. I spend my autumn days preparing treats for my grandchildren and all the youngsters in our village, who never fail to delight and amaze me with their wonderful (mostly homemade) Halloween costumes. It is such a special, cosy time of year. My daughter always tells me she loves Halloween more than Christmas.
Hii! I love your channel, especially the autumn videos. I think I’ve watched them all now 😆 I was wondering what’s that lip color you always wear? It’s beautiful and suits you very well.
York in England sounds like somewhere I think you’d love! So much history with medieval style houses mixed with Georgian houses and so much more. Old churches and all sorts. I was there this weekend and fell in love with it! X
I been stuck with your videos for 3 days straight.... I watched 1 that randomly appear suggested and here I am watching them all because I feel so warm and calm and most importantly I feel connected with you because I absolutely love reading I just want to buy all the books you suggest 😊
I've been to the catacombs in Paris several times. It is indeed very cool. Victoria Schwab's children's novel Tunnel of Bones is about them. Although you'd want to read the first book in that series first, City of Ghosts, which shouldn't be a problem since it's about ghost hunting in Edinburgh. I've gone on several ghost tours in Edinburgh, so much fun! Also, the scientist is Frankenstein. I don't believe the monster was given a name in the novel. If you're interested in Canada and ghosts, I really enjoyed a children's novel called The Ghost Road by Charis Cotter. It takes place in Newfoundland and made me want to visit there some day.
Can I just say I looove your editing skills 😍 the way the background music changes as you are talking about different topics, but not in a "in your face" kind of way. Just perfect 🙌 and I also love your taste in books/movies and autumn esthetics 😍 just found my new fav youtuber ❤️
In Canada the east coast has the brightest autumn (as in leaves) but West Coast is stunning as well. I would recommend PEI and Nova Scotia (Since you like Anne of Green Gables) its beautiful and so friendly, I remember going to a place called pumpkin beach as a kid and seeing a family of red foxes, trying to catch tiny butterflies by our cabin and delicious sea food! or if you want autumn with some European vibes going to old Montreal and Quebec City lots of art music bright trees and beautiful nature, maybe a visit to a cabin de sucre! The west coast is rainy, has similar weather to Ireland with huge mountains and sea scapes, definitely for nature lovers! Canada is so big with so many places to visit. In BC Nelson is a really quaint town close to the Rocky Mountains with the most heritage homes per capita all family owned businesses (except 1 Walmart lol) it would be beautiful in autumn I feel like it might almost have similarities to stars hollow . Or visiting Vancouver island/ or surrounding islands, or Haida Gwaii who, like Ireland has sprinkles of fairy magic folklore throughout, has the essence of its original people the Haida, who have beautiful music art culture!
I’ve been to the Queen Mary! I went to a music festival that was right next to it and I left the festival early both days to go to the ship because I found it so cool. I don’t know how they are now due to COVID but when I went in 2018 they just let you walk the ship alone, you’ll barely pass people or security which made it feel eerie, I want to go back again!
I went to the catacombs (I hope I spelled that right) and it was crazy just looking around there. Also, I’m watching all of your Fall videos to get into the new season! ✨🍁🍂☕️
Do you have a house tour or decor vid for this room? I adore the background. Really enjoyed your bedroom renovation vid, and would love to see the full room here!
Just popping in to say that you are my favorite creator lately ✨ i love your content on every platform i follow you on and you always put me in the best mood, so thank you 🧡 you definetly need to visit Italy as well, we have plenty of haunted places!
Oh my goodness thank you so much 🥺🙏🏻 That means a lot! And omg I’ve been to Italy multiple times but never visited any of the haunted places! I definitely need to do that when I come back! ☺️
I just can’t believe you don’t have more subscribers, you’re my absolute favorite booktuber!! I hope you are doing well, thank you for this video, it’s exactly what I needed right now 😊💗
❤ I really want to know what do you think about Transylvania. I live in Romania in a city called Sibiu, and I think you would love it. So many castles and spooky places in Transylvania❤
Every year (before 2020) for many years, I would stay on the Queen Mary and compete at the Scottish Highland Games that they held in February. Some places of the ship, especially the floors where the rooms are located, are super creepy. They also host nightly tours to visit closed off parts of the ship which are suppose to be very spooky.
I have been to the Queen Mary several times. Yes, it is in Long Beach California. I found it to be really haunted. Other places I have been are Alcatraz in San Francisco California and the Winchester House in San Jose california.
I dont drink coffee either, i use Inka add milk cinnamon and ginger powder so good xd i drink anatol too, this two are similiar in taste to coffee made from wheat. If u have some polish shops near buy and taste it xd
I’m from the Maritimes in Canada and our fall season is so beautiful ! I definitely recommend the Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia or Green Gables / all of PEI, if you’re a fan of Anne (and I know you are from your videos 😉) then you need to experience Anne’s beloved island in the fall it’s amazing! Fun fact: here in the Maritimes we call her by her full name of Lucy Maud Montgomery, until recently I had no idea that the rest of the world knows her as just LM Montgomery !
You are a perfect Autumn girl-your hair, your clothes, your setting and MUSIC-LOVE IT ❤️ Autumn is so cosy 🍁🎃 I like The Others too-quite scary and very ATMOSPHERIC.THE Woman in Black really scared me-have you seen that movie? 😮 LOOOOOVE The Big Fish too,but I thought you will include Coraline as well-adored it 😘
I went on a few ghost tours a couple years back. We had those little rods that you are supposed to be able to communicate with ghosts with and they move in answer to questions. And they were ridiculously easy to manipulate without it looking at all like you are. I'm 100% not the type to be a heckler or loudly proclaim that something's fake in a group of people. But once the group was on the move I hung back to the back of the pack with my fiance so we were a bit separated from the group and was quietly goofing off and pretending to get messages from ghosts with them. And I guess a couple of ladies had looked around and saw me moving mine so they came over and thought it was real and started asking questions and freaking out and I felt so bad. I couldn't admit I was faking it, but I also couldn't mess with them and keep it up, so I just acted like I lost it and the ghost moved on and was no longer responding. It's so awkward because I bet those women to this day still tell the story of their ghost encounter where they caught a stranger having a conversation with a ghost.
Omg trick or treating in the shire!! I wish we could! yessss Casper meets Wendy!!! (I was obsessed with Hilary Duff as a kid) I’ve never been to a pumpkin patch 🥺 they aren’t really a thing here Congrats on 10k Desi! ✨🥳
Great post, The Shire would be an amazing place to go trick or treating and Hallloween Town is my favourite movie to watch this time of year along with The Nightmare Before Christmas 💜👻
Love this! You must go to York next time your in U.K. it’s the best Viking city then Durham and Alnwick then back to Bath then to Newton Abbot for the oldest prison ever and Plymouth Devon where everything was bombed but the Mayflower Steps where the Founding fathers left U.K. from. You could also try African countries they has some brilliant haunted locations.
I can attest that the Queen Mary is terrifying and very haunted. I’m an empath and it’s really a thick heavy energy when you walk in there. I felt sad and depressed and had to leave
If you love Halloween Tree you should totally check out his other spooky book From the Dust Returned! It's very Addams Familyish. Actually one of the covers was actually illustrated by Charles Addams. It was the first Bradbury I ever read when I was 16 and he's been my favorite author ever since!
