The big difference though is Trump has an excellent sense of humor, and most of the time its tongue in cheek. Every president creates their own persona, and Trump has unquestionably been extremely successful with his. The biggest shocker to me was Dubya. Search youtube for some of his interviews when he was younger, and you can see he actually sounds pompous and has a tremendous vocabulary. He created the more "Texan rancher common folk" persona later, even though it makes him appear lower IQ.

Or is it just too much work to do so we should just ignore the problem and claim there are free clinics and "other options" while those clinics get over worked/run with people. You seem to be arguing strictly from emotion and not offering much facts to back up besides the claims there are places where those with limited options could go and seek help, yet feel annoyed that the state run healthcare is over worked, surely those few small clinics would not also be even more overworked if their patients increased to include all those that would be without insurance.
You also complain about "death panels"... which I mean aren't a thing here, sure there maybe decisions in certain extreme cases, but not in the way you're claiming. You are also seemingly willing to ignore that the insurance companies before Obamacare was introduced had their own very active death panels and that seems like it was ok to some people.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but if President Trump does get his way his plan would leave millions without health insurance which would lead to them not having access to healthcare or at the very least a very limited access. You will cry "free clinics" again, while ignoring that most of those clinics have no means to treat most serious illnesses and are not set up to be more than just basic needs, but you sure have it all figured out buddy. I would rather try to fix the system we have since people have been getting better health care especially those in states that have accepted Obamacare and not tried to gut it, but another thing that probably doesn't mean anything to you. I would much rather my fellow Americans actually be healthy, no matter what state you are from, it also seemed like something President Trump claimed to want as well, but has no interest in fighting for.
