Madami pong mechanic na hindi pinahahalagahan ang gamit ng auto choke at hinahayaan nalang. Based on my experience. Buti may youtube natotoo tyo ng mga basic knowledge paro ifix ang mga simple issues ng oto naten. Cheers sir salamat sa panonood

Vacuum yun. May ganyan din saken nung nabili ko second hand kasi. Pero binuhay ko lahat ng vacuum para mas maganda manakbo.
Kahit na cold start na sir kailangan parin apakan sinilyador tnx

Sa ignition po. Pa connect niyo po sa electrician. Mura lang naman yan at simple lang ang kabit. Hanapin niya nlang yung available wire na nasa bay

Mans setting carb when he have piston slap ...if rockers are noisey use a thicker oil...if not you prob need to redo your engine slapy tapy lol, its a pleasure

Need padin tapakan 2 to 3x. Nasa manual din po kasi yan para mag engage yung auto choke

Thanks for watching! ❤️Fast idle screw po can only be ajusted when the engine is cold. It helps the engine to keep running when its cold. Without it you would have to keep your foot on the accelerator para hindi mamatay ang engine until its warm.
On the other hand. Yung idle screw ay kabaliktaran it has to be adjusted when the engine reach its normal operaring temp so that the engine is idling at normal RPM.

The screw at the bottom is the fast idle screw adjustment. You can adjust the rpm with it during cold start.

Wala pa po akong video ng vacums. Pero kung hindi automatic nababa ang menor kahit bombahin mo ang gas pedal baka stuck up sya pede mo try gamitan ng carb cleaner
Hey, this is very helpful but i have a problem, when my car is cold i dont press the gas it shuts itself down, also when its warm it does the same thing but sometimes it can idle but starts to shake strongly, do you know anything about it?
Theres a lot of things that could cause the issue you are having with your car. But try doing th basic things first. Check sparkplug, fuel filter, air filter. If all is good, check the ignition timing. Have someone professional do it with proper tools like timing light. Then have your carburetor serviced and tuned.

Dapat po pag ni rev mo xa mag nonormal na ulet ang menor niya. Pero kung gusto mo ibaba ang fast idle speed niya nasa video din po tinuro ko don saan yung adjustan

dear what`s the reason of doing this? i cant understand your language so i dont know what you are trying to do? My car isnt starting unless i spray a few drops of petrol on the upper side of the carburetor. The battery, ignition & the current, everything is perfect, but not starting normally unless i manually spray a few drops of petrol. What can be the reason?
Thanks for watching. Sorry for the trouble. I should have at least put an English subtitle. I will try to work on that, and hopefully the subtitle in English would be available soon. By the way to answer your Q. My old Toyota Corolla 2000 model is carburetor type with a 2e engine. I bought it second hand and I noticed that its hard to start especially during the cold morning. The reason behind this is because the choke mechanism of the carburetor is no longer working. So that's what I did in this video. I tried to fix it. The job of the choke mechanism is to cover or close the air vent on top of the carburetor allowing a minimal air intake. It will help the engine start and avoiding it to stall. Over night, the fuel left inside the carburetor would evaporate or could become contaminated with water vapor depending on the weather. This is the reason why it's hard to start the engine at first. In your case, you need to add a little gasoline before starting. So the choke mechanism will do a big help during cold start
@@DreysHobbies ohhhh I see, thanks for the reply in detail, actually yesterday I went to the mechanic, a carburettor specialist, and he said before starting the engine always press the accelerator pad one time then just keep gently press the accelerator pad (or you can say gently hold the accelerator pad, not too much but a bit) and start the engine 😀.
Secondly if it still did not work then check the current from an electrician/mechanic when your Car is idle or cool, best in the morning, he added.
My car won't start when it is idle for 2,3 days, ignition,self the battery everything is perfect. But when I open up the air filter box and drop a little gasoline it starts immediately.
So I went yesterday to sort out the things. I was in doubt that the Plunger or the thing that sprays the gasoline inside the carburettor isn't working. But that wasn't the case, and the sprayer was working absolutely fine, so he just gave me the trick or advice to start in a particular manner, which I shared above 👍.

Thanks bro. Putol ba wire ng sayo? Kung yung wire ng choke mo usually red from choke is putol ipa wire mo nalang sa electrician. Dapat connected sya sa ignition particularly sa ON in between accessories and Start.

Mejo mahirap i explain pero I'll try my best hehe. Iimagine mo paps pag uminit yung spring liliit sya or mag shishrink. Pag mag shrink yung spring mag oopen naman yung choke. Ung spring kasi ang taga tulak ng choke para mag close in cold condition. In that sense maaasess mo kung pano positioning ng spring

Hi Mr just wanted to know if my car does not idle but if I keep my foot on the accelerater it idles is it the idle solonoid dead or what
If you haven't bypassed it(removing the rubber o ring) then it's probably dead but make sure you put a metal washer in it since it will still stall even if the idle solenoid is working (you can also hear it click when you turn the switch on and if it does then it's working)

Hanapin lang po yung idle adjustment screw which on my case located po just above the fast idle screw left side if you are facing towards the engine. But if you look at the back of the carb its on the upper right side.

Ok lang naman sir kaso yan ang downside mahirapan ka mag start kasi bukas na bukas wala kang choke. Need mo talaga mag pump ng accelerator pag morning or cold start.

Dashpot - it prevents your engine to decelerate too quickly when you release the gas pedal. Autochoke helps your engine starts easily during cold start.

Yes po dapat gagana padin tataas padin ang idle. But since putol ang wire hindi n iinit yung electric choke na sya namang nag cocontrol sa pag bukas at sara ng choke.

Ayun lang tlagang may issue na po yung choke mechanism ng carb niyo po. Maganda po ipa tingin niyo sa carb specialist baka sakali maayos pa. Baka sakali may piyesa sila na pweding ipalit sa choke mechanism ng carb niyo at para gumana ulet ung fast idle na maayos

Original na meron gayan yung 2e ko paps hindi lang activated kaya nireactivate ko lang. Kung wala na ganyan yung 2e mo pede ka bumili sa mga nag papart out. Madali lang naman yan iiinstal. Para naman sa wiring, pa help ka namang sa marunong/ mekaniko

Mag activate lang naman yung fast idle kung tatapakan mo ang gas before starting the engine (provided na yung auto choke ay malamig din at naka close) . And I only do that when cold start. And in the situation you mentioned example huminto ka at kumain lang, you dont have to press the gas pedal before starting the engine again. So hindi na mag active ang fast idle meaning hindi na mataas ang idle when you start.
