師傅,可否告知醃蝦仁配方,例如虾仁一斤(600克)計,要落多少糖,鹽,味精,及生粉調味.謝謝.
Kwan !(1》如果要爽口.在腌之前要用梳打粉每斤放钱4腌1小时洗三次再冲清水15分钟再用布塑干然后(每斤虾放1.5钱盐.味精2钱.糖4钱.生粉5钱.蛋白一只.拌匀再放麻油.胡椒粉拌匀.再放1两生油拌匀便可.但要注意如果买到已剥壳虾身透明的急冻虾便可省掉第一步(因已是腌过的了)

Minnie! 您好! 腸粉用保鮮紙封好放雪櫃再蒸是可以的.但不建議太長時間或有肉餡在內囉! 多謝提問!
請問師傅牛肉餡料調味,可以用嚟做山竹牛肉嗎?這樣一次整可以有二欸點心食.
Mandy !这是可以做山竹牛肉的.但水份要多些才够滑.也可多做些放冰箱/用几多取出来用.但葱花元茜要后下.
