You’re content is so refreshing! 90% of people on TH-cam have the same opinion(or are peer pressured) and think it’s ridiculous if someone disagrees. You actually share your true opinion and it ALWAYS makes sense! Thank you. I just got to your favorite scene in TFA. I always get chills when Han yells,”Ben!” And it just echoes!
Regarding ROTS and ROTJ, I would say the conversation between Luke and Leia in ROTJ made a lot of people think the opposite of the claim in this video about Padme. That conversation made a lot of us think that Padme couldn't die in ROTS (unless there was a time jump of a few years after the twins were born). For almost 20 years now fans have been coming up with all sorts of head canon as to how Leia could have remembered her mother.
I don't mean to seem like I'm complaining cause ur channel is great but what about the Animated Shows? Like Clone Wars, Rebels, Bad Batch, TOTJ, TOTE etc. Cause they have some if the best scenes in all of star wars imo
@thegoldman25 I was thinking that. As just doing the Live action stuff is ALOT of work and the videos are already both very long. I think these videos will do well and I think people would love to see your ranking on the scenes from the animated stuff! Keep up the amazing work!
Glad to see another person who thinks Padme’s Ruminations is the best ROTS scene, Hayden proves in the span of a single scene that he could actually act really damn well when given the material and it shows
Yoda in the Prequels you could arguably is at his weakest but him making mistakes does show that even someone like him can make mistakes just like anyone else
If you want more in this style it’s technically under a subgenre of synthwave called “chillsynth” it’s kind of a halfway point between synthwave and chillwave
*STAR WARS,* as those of us who saw it in 1977 call it. I have two scenes I love. Firstly, When they bust Leia from the cell block, I love when Han says *"Boring conversation anyway!"* And then Han yelling at Chewie *"I don't care what you smell!"* Before kicking his butt down a chute into the trash compactor. Then I love the scene of Luke and Leia having a blaster fight with Stormtrooper's over the chasm, then swinging across it. *THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK,* is my favourite movie of all time. I love every frame of it. However, if I had to pick one scene? It's the entire lightsaber fight. From Vader standing in sillouette saying *"The Force is with you young Skywalker, but you are not a Jedi yet!"* to when when Vader throws objects at Luke using the the force, blasting him out of that huge window. Then when Vader jumps out on Luke in that corridor aggressively attacking him *"It is useless to resist! Don't let yourself be destroyed as Obi Wan did!"* Then of course the, *No... I - AM YOUR FATHER!!"* scene. That left my jaw on my floor aged 11 in 1980 *RETURN OF THE JEDI* I can not stand this movie. I was heartbroken when I was sat in my cinema seat, as a young teen in 1983. I found it totally flat and acted out in a wooden manner. I felt that compared to the first two movies, the magic was gone. In 41 years I've only ever watched this movie twice on its first day of release 1983 and on its first day of its release 1997. That was the revised version of it. I was alone, and so I walked out of it less than an hour in. The changes made it worse than I had remembered it to be 14 years earlier. I'll never see that movie ever again. *THE PHANTOM MENACE* I hate everything about it. Boring and too political. Jar Jar Binks is infuriating, and I found the CGI cartoonish. There's nothing at all that I like about this movie. If I had a gun put to my head, I'd choose the end lightsaber fight. *ATTACK OF THE CLONES* I love the scenes of Anakin searching for his Mum, then when he finds her, just before he frags the Tusken Raiders. His meltdown confessing to Padame' what he did. Hayden's acting is brilliant in those scenes, no toxic fans could tell me otherwise. I never did understand the hate for his acting. *REVENGE OF THE SITH* I'm going to obvious here. The end lightsaber fight with Anakin and Obi Wan. Also just prior to that scene when we see a conflicted Anakin crying. *ATTACK OF THE CLONES* The first appearance of the Millenium Falcon, when we see it flying through the wreckage of an old Star Destroyer. That had me sat up in my seat!! I enjoyed this movie and I loved seeing practical sets again. *THE LAST JEDI* The only thing that made me happy was it when the end credits hit the screen. If I had been on my own in the cinema , I'd have walked out way before it ended. I despised it. One viewing was one viewing too many for me... *THE RISE OF SKYWALKER* Better than The Last Jedi, but still not that good either. There's no scenes that I can remember exciting me either. *ROGUE ONE* I love this movie. I love the battle on Scarif. I was actually heart broken when the main character's were killed, including K2 who was so funny. Of course the Vader massacre scene is a modern movie classic scene.
Bro Qui Gon and Maul have as much character development in PM as a plank of wood. Maul is just a dispensable bad guy pre CW and Qui gon is just really stubborn 😂 and what does it do with Obi Wan really? He sits on the ship the whole time then only trains Anakin cause he promised Qui gon. That’s not really character work
I completely disagree with saying the duel in The Phantom menace has no character work. It's a masterclas of storytelling trough fights, we see a reckles young obi wan, that in the end lets his emotions take the best of him and yes initially seems like winning but it is not until he calms himself and uses the force that he wins, in contras Qui-gon is very calm, he is a master and understands the force, when they are forced to stop he turns his lightsaber off and meditates while obiwan and maul are restless and desperate to continue. Qui-gon even ignites the lightsaber before the gate opens again, because he sensed it trough the force. It speaks more to his wisdom, and reliance on the force that his talent or raw strenght like darth maul or obi wan did. So trough the figh we undertand who each of them are. Plus, the title of the music score, duel of fates relates to the other part of the story weaving with the fight, depending on the outcome, the fate of Anakin will change, Qui-gon dies, therefore priving Anaking of a teacher that would have helped him better understand and control his emotions, a teachrr that instead of rejecting his love for padme would have encouraged it. I think the fight and the subtle hints at who where each of the characters trought he coreography showed a lot of work
George has about as many original ideas as he does scenes with brilliant dialog . He is the master at borrowing ideas, especially from Dune . Which he never gives credit or anybody else for that matter .
Had Annikin never turned to the darkside his vision wouldn't have happened thats the difference between padme and shmi visions . His mother doesn't die because he showed up but inspite of it . Padme did die because he showed up
Disagree about The Phantom menace. I can easily find any scene there that I enjoy. Same cannot be said about the sequels when you think about them as a whole.
I love all of Star Wars, but you definitely picked some of my standouts 😊, Attack of the Clones is better than the phantom menace in my opinion, a thew good scenes doesn’t beat generally better scenes for me.

Yoda didn't use force lightning. He simply channeled the existing electrical currents to hit a specific spot.
Star Wars ain’t been the same since the prison shower scene.
