I want to meet father turbo some day. The way he speaks and describes certain things makes perfect sense to a guy like me with synesthesia. Everything he describes just clicks perfectly, and the Royal Path videos he does with Andrew and Cyprian are top notch, they also have that ability to perfectly verbalize things descriptively
Amen. I dont necessarily have synesthesia, but that is the sort of way I think, and I agree. He's put things in words that I hadn't fully worked out in my head. I have been blessed by meeting him, and he is a really genuine person.☦️🙏🏻

David im a former catholic who wandered into eastern mysticism and into neoplatonism, I'm rethinking and exploring many things and trying to figure out Christianity and what I am supposed to do. Please help me by talking a bit about what you think a homosexual person should do or how to live in a Christian way according to Orthodoxy

"For we walk by faith NOT by sight" Some people think they must add to worship by including aesthetics to feel more holy. This type of worship is not what God wants from us. We are to focus only on Christ and worship in Spirit and in truth. Singing and praise only comes from the heart not by traditional chanting. They try to talk themselves into vain worship.
We worship according to that tradition taught by the apostles. The Orthodox church is founded by Christ. Icons come from the Jewish tradition in the synagogues. The Book of Revelation speaks of a heavenly liturgy, saints, and incense. Your tradition has none of that, was created in 1517, has no apostolic connection, has a relativistic hermeneutic, has thousands of denominations, anyone can interpret scripture how they want, and has lead to the degeneracy of the West. You don't even uphold the eucharistic sacrament taught by Christ at the Last Supper. Outside of a few examples, Protestantism teaches it is purely symbolic. That's not scriptural. That's why Protestantism is a failure, and no formerly Protestant nation is explicitly Christian. For you to be so condescending to an Orthodox priest and sincere discussion as this one says more about you than anyone in the video. I hope you humble yourself and actually learn church history and theology. God Bless
