Although it is Autumn in my beautiful part of the world I still feel the benefits of doing these great Qigong stretches. The figure of 8 movement particularly helped my arthritic hip.
Wonderful thanks. I'm interested to know if anyone uses Qigong as a sole form of exercise? As a 75 year old sufferer of mild COPD and osteoarthritis, traditional cardio and strength training leaves my body aching all over and drained. I'm hoping Qigong may be the answer to stay as fit as possible.
