Good video mate, lve got the trangia mini. Good bit of kit. I make a brew in the bowl and fry up an egg and a few bits of bacon for my brekky. However it does need a windshield in anything more than a moderate breeze. It'll still work without one, but cooking or boiling takes longer and you'll burn more meths
Nice comparison of the trusty trangia systems . I have the mini for solo overnighters/ daycamps and the big boy for family camps . Great things not quite as quick as gas but have other advantages. Happy new year to you and yours 👍
Great comparison of the different sets. I love cooking my camp meals on an alcohol stove. Usually my go to heat source for camp meals.......Take care, Bluefin.
Like u I've got them all too. My favourite is the 27 but they are all good. Get the gas adapter and a small pot stand for the alchol burner gives you 2 burners in the 25 or 27 handy if your cooking a few things
I have the 27 and the triangle with the 27 l have a gas burner and you are right the triangle is good for short trips the 25 is a bit big , regards barrie
I been using a Jetboil since I started wild camping and have had one or two issues with it... being sold duff gas cannisters and left high and dry up Pen-Y - Fan etc.... so I recently I decided to buy a Trangia mini to see how I got on, my logic being that there's no moving parts and there's absolutely jack shit that could go wrong. Well I'm really pleased with it so far and have already looked into getting the Triangle, possibly to use with Trangia gel burner?.... btw the triangle is impossible to get anywhere at the moment and apparently a new redesigned version is coming out after xmas... so you might have to fork out for another one Mr S Wanderer lol. I love the pace of a Trangia . The 27 is fine for me except the kettle . I like a big cup of tea .

i do like the trangia range .. one for every occasion , yeah the mini is great for a brew when doing a day hike or a light-weight overnight hike
