Silly beautiful Sunny Cat! I have had several gray cats, all strays from around our neighborhood. I called them all Baby. Our last cat, also a stray, was a long haired siamese looking guy. He took my husband several weeks to get close enough to touch him. Later you couldn't even sit down without him jumping onto your lap. His name was also Baby although hubby called him Babe. He was our last cat. We now have a rescued miniature longhaired dachshund. She is the light of our lives. After her there will be no more pets. My heart can't take the pain of losing them. You girls stay safe! ❤
It was so great to see u meet up w/ Docking bays, Sarah & Mick & the girls. They r real people like u & ur mom. Always enjoy ur beautiful smile & the joyful way u react to most finds& ur mom is so sweet & funmy. Shes always laughing about something. & Oscar, what a cutie. U make these days of solitude much easier to deal with
I love the magnifying glass. It's always good to see Sunny Cat. It's so funny how a cat can be playing so spontaneously then suddenly realize, "My elbow needs washing."
@9:02 I don't think you heard me yelling, "It's a Monocle." They're from the 1700s to the early 1900s. What a great find! Have you bought Richard Hemery's ebook on pottery from eBay?? Great Resource! Every mudlarker or wannabe mudlarker should have a copy. Looks like you had another great time on the Thames. So enjoy going with you.
Omg Oscar has the sweetest smile and so lovely like his sister. And of course they get it from their mother. I would say parents but we never see their father lol. Such a beautiful family. Love your videos guys. I’m Gina from North Vernon,Indiana in the USA.
What a fantastic find - a magnifying glass to peer even closer to reveal the detail. Such a cute wee 'fairy' pipe Fleur - adorable. Make your own Bartman Kate and maybe a face will materialise as if by magic. Sunny cat is such a natural comedienne - grand finale.
Lovely video guys we found a Bartmann jug on a site in canterbury back in 2002 a guy using a JCB unearthed it . it had a Bishop siting in a seat with the date in Latin 1595 . a dream find it went to the museum sadly.
Your forays bring me joy, make me smile and laugh together with you and your voices sooth like friends talking. Thank you. So glad you met up with Docking Bay 51 mudlarkers. People need people.
Nice collab and some very sophisticated identifications on your part - great job! I was pulling for you to find the Bartmann face but that's what makes mudlarking so interesting is wondering what you will find the next time. I am sure it is in your future! Please tell Sunny cat he is not fooling anyone when he falls over and he acts like he meant to do it all along. Lol! Your videos always bring smiles to your viewers - thank you!
I am sorry your face is still on your bucket list Kate, but I love your magnifying glass. Fleur, I love your Fairy pipe. Hello Oscar. Thanks for taking us along.
Hi ladies, Wow! what fascinating finds! That IS a tooth, it's an incisor from the very front of the lower jaw, the pointed end is actually the root that went into the animal's gum / jawbone. The "sawn off" end is the 'nibbling' surface and the tooth's white enamel can also be seen there. Once again Fleur, yes, you have found worked flint, not a tool as such but still interesting enough to keep. That is a flint "core", which is the piece left over after the prehistoric person has finished chipping fine blades from it. The "shoulders" you refer to is more commonly known as the "striking platform" and as you can see from the uniformity of the facets, the person working this piece must have ended up with a very nice set of blades for his tool kit. Is there a chance that the lens was once from a Gentleman's monocle, possibly a high ranking military officer, who used it for map reading? Big hugs, Louie Xx
Thank you we honestly as you know had a fab time ... it made me realise how loud I am looking at your serene video compared to ours which consisted of my screaming at getting a pipebowl oh and so please you captured me slipping on the rock I’m glad everyone got to see it lol lol honestly it was a blast .see you at Christmas !! Kate, maybe your magnifying glass is older than you think, it looks very much like a Victorian pendant magnifying glass used by elderly short sighted Victorians to read print, and worn around the neck. Worth googling the images, there are some which are very similar. @@MudlarkingWithKitCaboodlers Yes, but the little magnifying glass may be older? To me, it looks like an old monocle that was popularly worn late 19th Century by the classic English gentleman ❤
Those lions are part of a shield shaped family coat of arms, spied that right away! Then you showed the next piece, another shield or another part of the same family crest? Enthralling t’will be to look further into that; seems feasible to me an estate might have numerous tankards with family crests. Great show today, waving a hello from the MItten State, MIchigan! 👋🏼

Thank you Jette :)
That one piece of bartman looks like it is HHH
I think the lens is a monocle
Is your bore tooth a bears claw maybe .
I`m not sure it is difficult to tell :)
There is something about a Bartmann jug, they are so seeped in history! :)
Mudlarking With Kit & Caboodlers I looked up Fleur-De-Lis and found purity & light in the symbolic translation in coat of arms. Very cool. Stay healthy!
Is that magnifying glass what they used to call a Quizzing glass? I looked at a lot of photos and I think its from the 18th or 19th century. Just wondering. Great Video as always!
Hmmm...Maybe not. The lens is to clear and not scratched up.
Hello my kindred spirits. I have to ask how I may simply get a water color I have painted for you. I saw in one of your videos a fan had gifted you a lovely 🐦 picture? Mine is of the day you had went to a meadow and crafted bee boy and peekaboo cherub in cup. I am such a fan of you and what you do . I'm most happy when watching Your Beautiful videos and of course Gail&Alex's NM! I am in calif. I hope there's a way to send my gift. I just love you Fluer And Your daughter is absolutely the smitten image of you. Until then I will be painting beading metal detecting . One day I will lark. I pray.! KIM Hamilton .in Calif.xox
They saw off the tips of the 🐗 boars at mating season so they don’t harm the sows.
Ah that makes complete sense! Thank you for that :)
Well done everybody. Get out the glue mum you got a jug to restore. You seem to have nice people as friends. Including me. Kate you need to be very wary in your search for a wildman. You just may find one.
That sounds vaguely ominous! :)
@@MudlarkingWithKitCaboodlers LOL only if he finds you first. Be alert
