I look forward to the renovation! It sounds great. Such a good idea to have a great big strong extractor. In my place the extractor fan is not very strong and the flat fills with smoke. When I have my own place where I can change things I will focus on that too. So much great outdoor space. I can see why you're excited about it. Oh, one other thing, if you have an outdoor barbecue, maybe just a small gas one, then you can cook steaks outside and not make it smell inside as much?
