We have the very same experiences mate. I'm too working so hard, creating good work but for cheap rates cause I'm just bad at negotiating and marketing. I get so many positive feedbacks from the clients but they were not willing to pay more for the work. Thanks for making this video, I've been wanting to make some changes to how my career was going.

The working hard problem also happen in company like mine as well. Now they don't want 3D artist only focus on one job like modeling or animating. They want someone who can do everything but only pay the same amount of a senior modeler. Advertise only one job but when you start work for them they gonna ask you to do more like painting, mapping,etc.
