These videos are super underrated... They are genuinely informative and entertaining! To think it all started with my curiosity about what Kombucha was... Here I am, deep in the playlist learning about everything else! 100 thumbs up!
After losing my focus when Tracy intersperses a "joke", I have had to go back and start that part over ---when I'm done silently laughing at her. Very informative, captivating--the what is she going to do next anticipation kept me watching while laughing! You will watch her videos if you start one! I have studied nutrition informally for decades. Beckerman makes facts fun. She could do stand up!
Of course potatoes are perfectly healthy. Its what you do with the potato that could potentially make it a unhealthy food. Foods such as french fries and potato chips are not healthy. It is best to eat the potatoes on their own with zero fat added. Eat them on their own pr with some mustard or tomato ketchup. Not mayonnaise sour cream or butter. May be it is tasty but it is very bad to mix a high carb low fat food with fats. Enjoy the almighty potatoes they are very good for you!
The video was informative but the horrible puns every other sentence drives the content down. Please don't do this, lol. Maybe a couple times per video but not every 30 seconds, it's like bad pun whiplash.
lol I appreciate the effort I suppose, but the cheesy, tryhard “personality” stuff comes off as extremely disingenuous. It plays like the health teacher who turns the chair backwards, to show how he’s a “cool” teacher. It’s cringe, and I feel it takes away from your otherwise good information.
From one nutritionist to another - I love this! For me, you just can't beat a good sweet potato!
I am totally with you!!
mmmm sweet potato yes!!

If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all
That would make Amazon reviews pretty difficult to trust, now wouldn’t it?
