Hi Sergio n Chris it is not feasible to make drivers as employees. Yellow cab was operating individually in every city but keeping drivers as contractor. The only reason why Uber is not increasing their fare is investor's money is supporting to keep fare lower for drivers n riders. Uber in past researcher groups label it as Cash Burning Machine which is true but days are heading count down area. The last earnings report was warning to everyone in business and Uber stock is not moving upward.
