Nice story behind OLA cabs... But because of on demand car facility People have stopped using public transport and traffic problem has increased.. during traffic we can see 40% cars with yellow board and 60-70% are attached with OLA... this is the biggest worry for the future.

Used to use it everyday for office commute 1-2 years back. Now deleted the app and using Uber only. Problems they sure know already but they didn’t act or rather fast enough and thought that mediocrity will keep working in India as usual as long as they have discounts.
The best thing to learn is that one can loose even in local familiar environment to outsiders if u ignore your customers and provide a much inferior product/service. There is so much I can write as a former daily user but I would stop by saying that in Ola’s case, it doesn’t matter.

I want to be an entreprenuer but like you first generation to do something but no partners thats the challenge and very slow. I heared your name from one of your employee who came to buy our Swift Dzire and he was saying that he is very close to Bhavish, then i asked who is Bhavish. then he said Ola cabs then i asked him oh he is the driver .
