Good evening. How can I fix the problem po my brother gs2700 sewing machine. When sewing the fabric is not moving as normal. I need to pull the edge side to move.. and the feed dog is not level to its plate when sewing... please help me..
Hi if needle stuck in fabric, in my understanding the only way to remove the fabric is to turn handwheel gently to opposite way, which may risk the inner gear broken if doing this too frequently. Most of sewing machines operate in similar way, I'm not expert, only do basic sewing at home. The biggest lesson I learnt is NOT to turn handwheel opposite way too often. I now always check the tension control button before sewing.

If you turn around the machine, there are a few screws at the back, apply screw driver to open
This is a stuck electric motor located at the bottom. You need to remove the belt and check again.
It was checked by specialist, not repairable
