Serie A probably has the most parody, but I only follow the Premier League because it has the best players and there's enough parody to make it interesting, at least between the top clubs.
When people say farmers league, they don't mean it's uncompetitive, it's about a lower quality of football. A league of quite literally randoms farmers could be very competitive, but the football played would be... interesting. And also, it's pretty much just used for France's ligue 1, other than PSG, it's not exactly the strongest ligue as a whole.
Quality of football is such a subjective thing. I think Ligue 1 has a lot of quality, especially in term of young players, but many people just overlook it because someone on the internet said it is a farmers league
Be real, you're just one of those Premier League fanboys who is switching the goalposts. In the decade before Ligue 1 and Serie A were the farmers leagues because they had the same champion nearly all the time, now that City do the same in England it's time to change the narrative.
@@oldskoolmusicnostalgia The Bundesliga almost always has the same champion FC Bayern as of recent, I don't think anyone called them a farmers league. Because again, it's a joke about how well the teams play, not competitiveness. Look at the UCL, Bundesliga Teams almost alway go far, Ligue 1 teams other than PSG, not so much, and even PSG is yet to win the UCL. Also that's another thing, it's a joke, not to be taken seriously. No one actually thinks a top-flight league is filled with farmers.
It's a pointless exercise because the leagues don't start on an equal footing. Income, taxation and rules are completely different from one place to another: for example in Italy you're highly likely to see player bans and points being deducted, in England much less so (Toney's ban compared with Fagioli's was a freaking joke). I wouldn't mind that if there wasn't a so-called "Champions League" where all those teams are supposed to be competing on merit, when it's anything but.
Série A is definitely the most competitive league but is definitely not the best at the same time
and that's why it's so fun
Brasileirão is awesome, the players suck compared to the premier of course, but there are like 13+ possible champions at the beggining of the season!
I've been meaning to start watching South American football. The top 5 leagues are so boring at times, but the South American Leagues are WILD
Actually a really good video, didn’t expect much from the thumbnail and the title but this is actually very informative.
As a small channel I sadly have to employ some level of clickbait or I'm just invisible
But I'm still glad you liked it
Need a video of nottingham forest very strange club to me, anyway great video again. That subscriber plaque is coming to you soon
Fingers crossed and thank you. But why is Forest strange to you?
If you are new here and liked the content a like and a subscribe would help out a lot. Feel free to drop your thoughts or video ideas below.

Thanks
Pretty much watch any football. Serie A is my favourite. Probably least is La Liga
Can't get into La Liga either tbh

Yes but Italian parody is unrivalled

I know it's pretty much pointless but I was being so tired of all the Farmers League debates that I wanted to highlight how exciting other leagues are
I guess, to my mind Serie A has the most parity, and parody with their cheating. The rest of the Leagues are too dominated by too few clubs.
Parity and parody is such a good desctiption. I'm gonna steal that 😂😂
@@he_football please by all means.
The Premier League
I don't think it's so simple
