I’d like to point out something that Della said when she first returned. “Agent 22? You’re the new housekeeper?” What this implies is that Beakley didn’t become Scrooge’s housekeeper until AFTER Della got lost in space, which, (if we assume Webby is the same age as the triplets), would be around the same time that Webby hatched.
Groovy Cookie why would it be disgusting? It would work because Webby is almost like a sister to the triplets. The first time I had seen a picture of Webby, Louie, Huey, and Dewey together, that they were siblings. Maybe Mrs. B had fell in love with a secret F.O.W.L agent and was so embarrassed that she left her son with him. She was so ashamed that when she learned that Della had one daughter with her own son, she asked for the girl and named her Webbigail. Webby was her only way of feeling good about herself after leaving her child with a bad man. Maybe F.O.W.L. had destroyed the home of Mr. Vanderquack after learning that he was the father of the triplets and that he was the son Agent 22. They may have killed Webby’s father and grandfather in the process.
they seem to be making each season for one of the kids. S1 was for Dewey, S2 was for Louie, S3 is for Huey. if they can get a S4, and they will because they're making bank right now, it will probably be about Webby. I'm so hooked
@hey hey considering season 4's villain will probably be the guy from the DuckTales movie (since he hasn't shown up yet). I think Season 4 being Huey's season could really work with that villain due to him affecting history itself.
hey hey I’ve seen some hints of season 4 being a thing (via one of the show crews online accounts, Frank Angones) but I haven’t seen any full on confirmation yet. I hope it gets full on confirmed/announced sometime soon.
I still think any theories on Webby's origin are pretty baseless at the moment, but I must admit that your point around 9:30 about Beakley and Lena (which also reminded me of the part in Timephoon where she tells Della "Even good kids do dumb things") does kinda suggest Beakley having had trouble with her own children. I hadn't thought of that, and I definitely need to keep that in mind moving forwards.
I do believe this could be possible but My personal theory is that instead of her parents being a part of F.O.W.L. they instead died due to F.O.W.L. . And that’s why Beakly is so protective of Webby. it’s possible for Beakley to of seen her daughter and her son in law die to F.O.W.L. Not wanting that to happen to her granddaughter she protects and trains her. It’s even possible that Miss.B even saved Webby when she couldn’t save her daughter. I believe that once fowl learns of of Webbys existence they’ll go after her.
Plushie Dimension Yes but she was using webby to threaten Beakly to get the recipe for the jumping juice thing. I think afterwards Black Heron would of gotten rid of them afterwards anyway. But in that moment the juice was Black Heron’s priority.
In my theory, being a spy runs in Webby's family. Maybe Webby's parents were spies themselves but they couldn't raise a duckling on the job and so they had to give Webby away to Granny when she retired and she didn't tell Webby probably because of Wotso's theory.
We knew from the very beggining that Beakley is an overprotective grandmother who kept Webby inside Scrooge's mansion for a decade, but we never got a reason as to WHY that is. You'd think that someone with her backstory wouldn't be like that, but it's more likely something happened before that made Beakley afraid of losing Webby until Scrooge left his ten year retirement.
Yeah. Especially since the first episode is about Beakley and Donald being overprotective and we got to know the reasons behind Donald's actions, it's time learn about Beakle's motives.
I've always assumed Mrs. Beakley was overprotective of Webby because of her past as a spy. She probably made lots of enemies during her career, so any family member of hers could be targeted by them. This might also be the reason why she moved to McDuck Manor and became the housemaid after Duckworth's death, because she knew it'd be the safest place for Webby to grow up, until she was old enough to take care of herself.
There is a possibility that one of them could be Della due to the fact when Della was a kid she was the spitting image of Webby, in combination with their similarities in their personalities, a compelling theory could be made that she is the sister of Huey, Dewey, and Louie, who btw all share the last syllable of their names.
By the way can someone please tell me how many seasons of duck tails cus I was watching on Disney Plus but only found two seasons and part of the footage that appears isn’t in those two seasons so can someone explain
Axel Rodriguez There are only 2 seasons of Ducktales on Disney+, Ducktales is currently in the middle of it's 3rd season, after season 3 ends they will put it on Disney+.
In Season 1 the main focus was on Dewey and discovering the truth about his mother, as he was the one most advocating with it. In season 2 the main focus was on Louie and his business and trying to be rich like Scrooge, and before season two’s final showdown it showed what Louie was like when he finally had it all and the choices he made when he was the richest duck in the world. I believe season three will perhaps focus on Webby, as with her familial connection to F. O. W. L, and discovering her role in the family.
I actually think this season is Donald’s and him connecting with a bunch of his old friends we already saw Goofy the reintroduction of Daisy so why not Minnie
@@IsaacCarlson Wotso, can you make a Theory about the 'fact' that Humans and Gummybears in Canon have once existed in the Ducktale-World? I mean, that was one big reveal in that one episode, wasnt it?!?
I hope in a couple of more weeks we see more F.O.W.L, because I want to see Scrooge McDuck Fire his Board of Directors as soon he finds out that his cheapest Directors have been plotting to destroy him and his family for World Larceny
Gerardo Rodriguez More like - Webby might be our important key to take down Scrooge and the entire world, we need more backstories and informations about her.
I like this theory, but I have a twist. Perhaps her parents didn't turn evil, but were betrayed by a close friend who became evil. That would also fit with Beakly protecting Webby from Lena before, because she saw a friend betray her child before.
I always thought Scrooge called her 'VanderDuck' because it's half of McDuck and he's including her into the family? And then Webby didn't really catch on
Am I the only one who want webby to fight her grandma in an epic battle while yelling at her about how she promised to not keep and anymore secrets. But in the climax beekley has webby in her arms hugging her and telling her the entire story of why she never told her about her parents and how she just wanted to keep her safe. They both cry and hug one another. But deep in the shadows we see two people, a man and a woman, watching as webby and Beekley walk back into the mansion hand in hand. Just an idea.
I think the statement "fibbing, fibbing, fibbing." means beakly has told 3 lies. first being she webbys grandmother. second she has no more secrets and the 3rd being she wont have anymore more secrets in the future. I think this means beakly isnt her grandma she has more secrets and that she plans to keep telling lies to her grave.
@@Mels.3rdeye There are only two clones of Abigael “Webby” McDuck,May Vanderquack and June Vanderquack. “Vanderquack” is actually just a made-up name for kidnapping of the only daughter of Scrooge McDuck and Goldie O’Gilt.that name was created by Bradford Buzzard, the real villain of the whole show. Abigael “Webby” McDuck is the rightful heir of her father’s treasure.
@@johnandreiarellano6067 Have you even watched the series finale or did you just read information off of different articles? It wasn't outright confirmed if Webby is a clone or if she's a result of Scrooge's DNA being combined with the one of another duck but none of these possibilities were debunked either. We don't know if Vanderquack really is a fake name in general. There is a chance that Bentina actually had a daughter who was married to somebody with the last name Vanderquack. There is no evidence stating that Webby's mother is Goldie O'Gilt. If it were true, Webby would have shared some physical resemblance with Goldie. Also, it just wouldn't make any sense from F.O.W.L's perspective to go through all that extra trouble just to gather DNA from a duck other than Scrooge who's outside of F.O.W.L instead of just using the DNA of one of their own agents to combine Scrooge's DNA with. Webby's current first name is not Abigael, it's Webbigail. Also, it would make more sense for May and June to gain the same last name as Webby. You have a lot of catching up to do.
Wow! After the new episode dropped “Escape from the Impossibin!” This theory makes even more sense because of Beakelys eagerness to push Webby, like she doesn’t want to make the mistake of loosing another family member... and because she starts to get emotional after talking about it.
Hey Issac I’d really love it if you could theorize on some other Disney shows like Amphibia, The Owl House, Randy Cunningham or maybe some of the older ones like Kim Possible or American Dragon Jake Long?
That final zoom at Scrooge and Webby in season two's final shot is kinda scary, specially by the "If the McDuck family wants an adventure, we'll give them their last" line. Welp, here we go.
This is a very good theory and I think you're right about Webby's parents and FOWL because in the newest ducktales episode "Escape From The ImpossiBin", Mrs. Beakley tries to get Webby to hurt a injured Huey as part of a training course to fight against FOWL. Webby says that something's up and that her grandmother has never pushed her like this before. And later when Donald tries to talk her out of it, Beakley starts crying, saying "But it's FOWL!". If this new episode doesn't prove that Beakley is hiding something about FOWL and possibly Webby's parents, nothing will.
I just saw that and I am dying to know more about webbys backstory even since the first episode I wondered why only her parents didnt make an appreace (ofc untill the fowl episodes) but I gotta say I love webby so much also I agree with this!
I really connected with Webby in the episode. I am an optimist like her and want to see the best in people. And while that is a good way to go through life, the sad truth is that Pinot everyone is a good person and people will take advantage of the trust.
Wotso Videos well haven’t watched it yet. But, will let you know once I get finished with the episodes of Ducktales that I have recorded because I not one for spoilers. I have watch the first episode of season 3, finished with episode 2. I just happened to see you posted this and knew I had to comment. Also if you ever looking for video ideas I have a lot Disney questions of things I have been trying to figure out for years
Louie's Eleven might have had another clue. Webby and the assassin have an exchange where the assassin says her dagger was her mother's, and that it's the only clue to her parentage. Am I looking too deep into this or are the writers planting more seeds to Webby and Beakly's story?
I am so happy that you made this video. I knew the minute that the harp sang that Beakley was still lying, this was foreshadowing a potential plot in the future about Webby and her parents
@@linhcao5372 Who knows? Maybe she was the homewrecker and regrets it? Maybe she discovered that she wasn't the only woman and burned all his pictures in spite? Maybe it was a one night thing and she never saw him again? There are so many places to take it, but it's clear he's not important to the family, no one seems to miss him.
The season each follow one duck kid S3 being Huey, S2 being Louie, S1 being Dewey. So they wont reveal until a possible S4 which if it follows the pattern would follow Webby and maybe bring Lena back into the mix as well. Because she is Webby's BFF.
@@IsaacCarlson what if it's revealed that scrooge Mcduck and Magica Da'Spell are Webby's parents? Personally I've headcannoned since the original ducktales that Magica used a disguise to try and get scrooge's number 1 dime and all the luck/magic that went along with it. but ended up temporarily falling in love with him and had to disappear during the last trimester so scrooge would find out and she gave up the child (apparently still as an egg) because she didn't want to be a mother of his children so no-one actually knows who webby mother is but a note left with the child/egg explained how scrooge is the father and the mom was "mentally" unfit for parenthood.
I think if Webby was Della's daughter, they would've told her. I mean why would they hide that from her? The boys know, why would it be bad for her to know, but completely okay for them to know who their mother is? It wouldn't make sense.
@@Mels.3rdeye That still doesn't mean "it didn't age well" completely because it still predicts that she is a secret McDuck blood relative. Just her being the daughter of a different character. Also do you people not realize that you are giving spoilers? Maybe think about that before you write these kinds of comments on previous videos. I'm just saying.
3:12 I kept her locked up in a mansion for a decade that worked out pretty well yeah right the boys took Webbie to Fun Zone in the first season and look what happened that would have been avoided if Miss Pleakley had just let her granddaughter get out more she's a good grandmother but not very smart grandmother I know who's worse her or Jonny Quest father.
Ik im late, but i want to share by theory: Maybe Webby's parents died from a spy mission. I believe they're (good) agents just like Beakley was. Beakley trained her daughter just how she trained her grand-daughter. While Webby's parents are in a mission, there must be a explosion or something deadly that killed them. Beakley doesn't want to tell her grand-daughter beacuse she doesn't want to broke Webby's innocent little heart. Beakley trained Webby for the future, for survival and carefulness cause she doesn't want to happen the same thing to her child that died from a dangerous mission. And this probably happen before Webby was hatch, when she just a egg left with her grand-mother. My theory 😁 And your theory can be true too.
Never thought about this but it makes sense...Beakly could have taken Webby's egg before she hatched and hid her away in the Mansion for those 10 years training her for the day she would have to stand up to her own parents...I also never noticed her face is the only one not seen but depending on when Webby was taken her parents would only recognize Beakly...this can be proven by Della who tried to draw her boys on the moon for her one transmission but had no idea what they looked like
It is crazy how close he was with this theory and finding out the truth about Webby. I recently started and finished Ducktales this month and I definitely missed out on this show , I was wrong thinking it would’ve been a trash reboot. Ducktales 2017 did Webby character justice 👏
If u have watched the very recent episode 'The fight for castle Mcduck' then u will meet a fowl egghead named pepper......her character was very similar to webby. And during the fight for the castle webby takes on pepper and as webby pushes pepper to the floor, peppe says ' Hi ! I'm pepper!!! ' and webby replies before hitting peeper 'Hi pepper!, I'm webby!!!' Oddly too similar......
What if Webby was a clone of Della to take care of the triplets but the clone came out as a baby. Then beakly took her in. It explains why she does not have parents and fits her in the time line. It also explains her similarity to young della. Her this does not explain her name but they wouldn’t name her clone Della. We know that cloning is possible because of the gearloose clones in moonvasion.
Honestly the only parent that I think should get focus within the show is her mother since it’s implied that mrs Beakley is webbys maternal grandmother
I wonder if the main reason Beackley was overprotective of her granddaughter has to do with the fact that webbys mother was too young to deal with the responsibility of motherhood and gave beackley that responsibility in the hopes that she can thrive as a fully fledged character giving her more faith to overcome her weaknesses and become a much more stronger and well rounded individual. There also might be a hint that both beackly and her daughter had a very dysfunctional relationship from the beginning mostly due to her “entitlement” corrupting her self worth
Has anyone else noticed that Webby mentioned that she goes to a Hunger Games style survival training once a year on Scrooge’s birthday with OTHER kids like her?
After seeing this weeks episode "The Fight For Castle McDuck" I belive that the character Penny could be Webby's mother! They have so many characteristics in common, for instance their outgoing, positive and adventurous attitude! And, taking it one step further, Penny could be Mrs. Beakley's daughter turned evil! This also fits well with Mrs. Beakley's lies and deception towards Webby. Trying to protect her from the fact that her mother could potentially be a F.O.W.L agent! Or maybe Mrs. Beakley is herself a former evil agent. Either way, I agree that Webby's parents might be evil. By the way Isaac, thank you so much for posting these Ducktales videos! They are very insightful and fun, I love watching them! You're doing a GREAT job buddy! 😁
Scrooge calls Webby a Vanderduck/VanderDuck to tell her that Scrooge cares about and wants to spend more time with her. He is also telling us/her that he wants her to be a permanent part of the family/adventure squad
Kind of funny that he briefly mentioned her being a clone and then dismissed the idea. Interesting to note that most clone theories I have seen have not even considered Scrooge as the donor, but to be fair to the theorists, considering that they are the opposite sexes and Webby and Beakly are female it was easier to assume that Webby was a direct clone of Beakly. Got to admit that the writers were pretty good at hiding the truth in plain sight by making Beakly an agent and making Webby follow in her footsteps of being well trained in combat and weaponry. Not to mention making Webby a mirror of Scrooge McDuck while disguising it as admiration. Also, I didn't expect the writers to have so much free reign where they would be able to make this twist in the first place, especially considering that Webby has never been that important of a character in the Duck Universe in any of its incarnations.
Headcanon: Webby’s a supersoldier clone created by FOWL from Beakley’s DNA against her consent. Beakley chose to raise Webby, anyway-regardless of her origins she’s still a CHILD. However, the thought of FOWL possibly kidnapping Webby to use her for their original intentions as a super-soldier terrifies Beakley too much to ever allow Webby outside alone (and instead keeps her under literal house-arrest and trains her relentlessly for the Worst Case Scenario) And despite Beakley’s jadedness and overprotective nature, she still somehow nurtures Webby’s optimism (showing it’s not entirely based in Webby’s naivety from a lack of life experiences of her own for a decade). It would’ve been easy to squash that (and Webby has zero issue with terrorizing her friends with war tactics as either games or training, even when it’s taken too far), yet Beakley still tries to protect it in her own way. ((and this episode wasn’t released before this video got created, but there’s something about how Beakley says “I want you to be ready for FOWL!!” while sparring For Real against Webby that...ties back into what is Beakley hiding?))
I was watching another video regarding Duck Tales and I was just about to say "Who are Webby's Parents" You read my mind Issac! How about A full story on Quasimoto with his mother passing/murder?
The giveaway for me is in the art style. Beakly's beak (in most shots) is thick and rounded on top in a form that is common on Goose/chicken characters. Webby's beak is flat with a peak like all the other ducks. They are not even the same species. That hidden face thing was a good catch and how weird that scrooge got her name wrong. I gotta say Scrooge seems to be getting lost in all the different capable characters. What makes him special anymore beyond the money?
“According to a French version of the Duck family tree (published prior to Don Rosa's version's creation), she was Daisy Duck's niece and presumably a cousin of April, May, and June.” Found at: disney.fandom.com/wiki/Webby_Vanderquack
it IS interesting we have 0 info on ANY of her parents, even a small mention of them, and that she's been living in the mansion with her granny for her whole life. Like, it's implied she's been there WITH her granny practically since she was born, yet her parents are nowhere to be seen, at all, for her whole life? Very strange indeed, and I'm sure there's more to that story. Perhaps this season will explore that answer.
I actually really love Webby. She is adorable. She is my favorite character. I'm sad I can't watch season 3 because I don't have able and it's not on Disney Plus.
Imagine if webby's a biological weapon made by her grandmother spy agency to bread the ultimate soldier. Perhaps even using the ex spy's DNA as a template. This could also tie into boids creations by one of fowls top scientist who just so happend to be gyros old boss when he interned for him.
Maybe when Beakly Said to Lena that she knows a bad influence when she sees one She Means that her daughter (Webby's mom) was married to a F.O.W.L agent and dragged her into the organization, and Beakly knowing this has to keep Webbigail safe so they wouldn't find her and drag her into F.O.W.L as well Also, Webby's Grandfather's last name is probably Beakly and Mrs.B took that name, making her daughter's last name Beakly as well, so Webby's dad's last name is Vander *duck* and just like your theory Bentina changed it so they wouldnt find Webby and drag her into the organization Lastly, I think that Webs will find the truth by accident and wouod want to investigate more, much like the spear of selene The triplets will help her and once she finds the truth, she might get upset in the beginning but realises that her Granny and the Duck/McDucks are all the family she needs Later, her parents show up, just like how della showed up *Idk, this is just some theory lol*
My personal theory is that Webby's parents did work for FOWL, but they realized too late that the things that FOWL does are evil, because they probably looked for the best in people, like Webby. So then they went against FOWL and had to go in hiding. And they thought it would be safest to hide Webby with Beakly and for them to go elsewhere. What do you think about this theory?
Or protection her Identity, from either Fowl going after distant relatives, or from them connecting the dots and realizing she is related to a Vanderquack they know.
SInce the show will end in 2021,to me i think we MIGHT get a episode that Beakley will reveal more secrets to Webby since i believe that she will reveal to Webby that she could be a clone of Della Duck and look i know you probably did a video that Webby wont be the Della of the group, but hear me out, remember she did the same pose as Della, will i believe she's a clone of Della since she has a very close bond with the triplets and consider her as a sister despite her not being either a Mcduck or Duck member, and off topic of the video i still hope to see Donald and Dellas parent's physical appearance besides in photos all the time, and we still haven't seen any Talespin characters besides the current villains so far in the series.
I have one question. Webby's hobby is researching the McDuck family correct? She seemed so interested in finding Della Duck, but she didn't seem interested in finding out who her parents were. I mean I guess Mrs. Beakley could have lied to her, saying that her parents were gone, but I still find that a little strange. And also her parents didn't seem to be on her research board.
I have my own theory about the finale. Daisy has three nieces named April, May, and June. It's stated that only May and June are going to make an appearance in the finale. This leads me to think that Webby might actually be April who got her name changed. They both wear pink clothing and have pink bows. Also, the finale episode is seperated into three sub-episodes called "Part I - A Tale of Three Webbys!, Part II - The Lost Library of Isabella Finch!, and Part III - Tale's End. I think the title of part 1 hints to Webby having two sisters. Maybe their parents work for F.O.W.L so Daisy adopts her three nieces but for some reason, F.O.W.L is after April. So Daisy probably left April under the care of Agent 22 who legally changed her name to Webby Vanderquack. If my theory is correct, that would conveniently make Scrooge Webby's great-uncle-in-law if Donald marries Daisy.
@@justdandy6985 I wasn't really that surprised about Mrs. Beakley not being Webby's grandmother nor about May and June technically being her sisters despite them being clones of Webby but the plot twist of her being a clone of Scrooge himself and considered as his daughter blew my mind
If you watch Double O Duck in you crash twice FOWL is spying on Scrooge but Webbys head is turned maybe Scrooge knows about FOWL and is making Sure they don’t know about webby but he is trying to protect her
Clone of Scrooge and Ms.B, probably. You ever notice how obsessed Webs was in the first couple episodes, and how they have their inert kind bond, that deeer than the bond with his grand nephews.
Then of course season 3 could actually focus on Huey, which as judging by how the episodes we have seen so far, it would also make perfect sense. The first episode was him not becoming a Senior Woodchuck, one of his life goals, and that shook him too his core. Now with the new journal of the 12 mysteries, which is seen to always be on Huey, it could focus on what he is besides a woodchuck and give him growth in actually understanding what it’s like to be a kid and not always perfect, which is something he has struggled on in previous seasons. It also makes sense villain wise. Dewey is a huge believer in adventures and magic, so the main villain was Magica, a villain of magic. In Season 2 the main villains were Glomgold, someone overcome with greed, and it reflects Louie on how both want to be richer than Scrooge, and then of course the Moon Villain, which their whole civilization was built upon gold, the symbol for wealth. With Season 3’s villain being F.O.W.L., an organization of evil mastermind mad scientists and espionage and black hearted spies, it is based in logic and reason and intelligence and planning, which is Huey’s whole deal. Each villain in previous seasons are foils for our triplets, and while it would make sense for Webby versus F.O.W.L, it would also make sense for Huey versus F.O.W.L. Perhaps season four will focus on Webby, and what villain may come her way, as she is a main character, her and the triplets are the main four of the show.
This is just something that i wish happen to Webby : Webby isn't really any normal duck she is acutally like a hybrid and the chosen one and she lived in another dimension when she was a baby an evil guy wanted be powerful so he decided to take over her home but her parent told beakly and her to go to earth and stay there so evil guy couldn't take Webby's powers. And her parents and her ppl can never escape.
I’d like to point out something that Della said when she first returned.
“Agent 22? You’re the new housekeeper?”
What this implies is that Beakley didn’t become Scrooge’s housekeeper until AFTER Della got lost in space, which, (if we assume Webby is the same age as the triplets), would be around the same time that Webby hatched.
Omg you so smart
Oh my God webbys her daughter

Well
We knew from the very beggining that Beakley is an overprotective grandmother who kept Webby inside Scrooge's mansion for a decade, but we never got a reason as to WHY that is.
I'v been wondering since the beginning of the show of who Webby's parents are/were.
There is a possibility that one of them could be Della due to the fact when Della was a kid she was the spitting image of Webby, in combination with their similarities in their personalities, a compelling theory could be made that she is the sister of Huey, Dewey, and Louie, who btw all share the last syllable of their names.

This is such a good theory about webby's parents being evil
I like this theory, but I have a twist. Perhaps her parents didn't turn evil, but were betrayed by a close friend who became evil. That would also fit with Beakly protecting Webby from Lena before, because she saw a friend betray her child before.
I always thought Scrooge called her 'VanderDuck' because it's half of McDuck and he's including her into the family? And then Webby didn't really catch on

I want that to be in a episode

I think the statement "fibbing, fibbing, fibbing." means beakly has told 3 lies. first being she webbys grandmother. second she has no more secrets and the 3rd being she wont have anymore more secrets in the future.
I think this means
beakly isnt her grandma
she has more secrets
and that she plans to keep telling lies to her grave.
The "Vanderduck" could maybe be Scrouge sort of welcoming her into the familly (Mixing the Vanderquack and Duck/Mcduck names)

I like this better than the "Webby is Della's daughter" theory.
I don't believe that treory because it doesn't show her in the picture as a hatching and wouldn't fella remember her like how she remembers the boys
I think if Webby was Della's daughter, they would've told her. I mean why would they hide that from her? The boys know, why would it be bad for her to know, but completely okay for them to know who their mother is? It wouldn't make sense.

Guess it turned out to be that Webby is Della’s cousin
I have two theories of my own:
1) Webby is Triplets half sister
2) Webby is Della's clone
So close, she was actually Scrooge's clone
@@drainingsunflower115
My theory made more sense than canon one, Scrooge doesn't need a clone
3:12 I kept her locked up in a mansion for a decade that worked out pretty well yeah right the boys took Webbie to Fun Zone in the first season and look what happened that would have been avoided if Miss Pleakley had just let her granddaughter get out more she's a good grandmother but not very smart grandmother I know who's worse her or Jonny Quest father.
Ik im late, but i want to share by theory:
Maybe Webby's parents died from a spy mission.
My theory 😁
And your theory can be true too.
I really like that theory! 😁
I dont think they were evil.
Never thought about this but it makes sense...Beakly could have taken Webby's egg before she hatched and hid her away in the Mansion for those 10 years training her for the day she would have to stand up to her own parents...I also never noticed her face is the only one not seen but depending on when Webby was taken her parents would only recognize Beakly...this can be proven by Della who tried to draw her boys on the moon for her one transmission but had no idea what they looked like
That feeling when some is older then you havent seen original ducktales but your younger and you have.
It is crazy how close he was with this theory and finding out the truth about Webby. I recently started and finished Ducktales this month and I definitely missed out on this show , I was wrong thinking it would’ve been a trash reboot. Ducktales 2017 did Webby character justice 👏
Me watching this video after the series finale reveals Webby’s parentage: 0-0
If u have watched the very recent episode 'The fight for castle Mcduck' then u will meet a fowl egghead named pepper......her character was very similar to webby. And during the fight for the castle webby takes on pepper and as webby pushes pepper to the floor, peppe says ' Hi ! I'm pepper!!! ' and webby replies before hitting peeper 'Hi pepper!, I'm webby!!!' Oddly too similar......
“What the McDuck was she keeping Webby from for so long?” Indeed.
In my personal opinion, it’s better to keep the father more of a mystery than the mother at this point
Well. This didn't age well XD.
Who her dad was was litteraly stareing us right in the face since The Fountain Of Youth 🤦♂️
Who's here after that shocking reveal in the series finale?
Me
Me coming here after the reveal:👁👄👁
Headcanon: Webby’s a supersoldier clone created by FOWL from Beakley’s DNA against her consent. Beakley chose to raise Webby, anyway-regardless of her origins she’s still a CHILD. However, the thought of FOWL possibly kidnapping Webby to use her for their original intentions as a super-soldier terrifies Beakley too much to ever allow Webby outside alone (and instead keeps her under literal house-arrest and trains her relentlessly for the Worst Case Scenario)
And despite Beakley’s jadedness and overprotective nature, she still somehow nurtures Webby’s optimism (showing it’s not entirely based in Webby’s naivety from a lack of life experiences of her own for a decade).

What makes him special anymore beyond the money?

it IS interesting we have 0 info on ANY of her parents, even a small mention of them, and that she's been living in the mansion with her granny for her whole life. Like, it's implied she's been there WITH her granny practically since she was born, yet her parents are nowhere to be seen, at all, for her whole life? Very strange indeed, and I'm sure there's more to that story. Perhaps this season will explore that answer.

*SOMEONE FINALLY FREAKING MADE THIS THEORY! ITS BEEN YEARS! years.*
I love duck 🦆 tales and webby and webby is so cute
Maybe when Beakly Said to Lena that she knows a bad influence when she sees one
She Means that her daughter (Webby's mom) was married to a F.O.W.L agent and dragged her into the organization, and Beakly knowing this has to keep Webbigail safe so they wouldn't find her and drag her into F.O.W.L as well
Also, Webby's Grandfather's last name is probably Beakly and Mrs.B took that name, making her daughter's last name Beakly as well, so Webby's dad's last name is Vander *duck* and just like your theory Bentina changed it so they wouldnt find Webby
and drag her into the organization
Lastly, I think that Webs will find the truth by accident and wouod want to investigate more, much like the spear of selene

OR Beakley is so protective of Webby because something happened to one (or both) of Webby's bio parents and she feels guilty about it.
Big brain, you almost got it there. Did the finale surprise you?
You extremely close
@@justdandy6985 I wasn't really that surprised about Mrs. Beakley not being Webby's grandmother nor about May and June technically being her sisters despite them being clones of Webby but the plot twist of her being a clone of Scrooge himself and considered as his daughter blew my mind
Awesome to hear this theory! I'm glad you mentioned Webby facing away from the camera for the Season 2 Finale. There's no way that's not intentional.
Hopefully there will be a season 4 centred around Webby in the same way that the other three seasons are being centred round Huey Dewey and Lewy.
I think her parents are super villains of some kind that's why she's keeping the secret so they don't find her
5:41
After watching finale: Oooh, how close you were😅
If you watch Double O Duck in you crash twice FOWL is spying on Scrooge but Webbys head is turned maybe Scrooge knows about FOWL and is making Sure they don’t know about webby but he is trying to protect her
Webby and her parentage is a mystery!
