assuming that all the values are canon the arithmetic average of all the values would be 86,663,325,827,466.18$, making Scrooge McDuck the 15th have more money then the ENTIRE PLANET, according to Sunny Avenue the world has 33,63 Trillion dollars today, that not even CLOSE to Scrooge McDuck's funds!

I remember in an episode where scrooge mentioned that the bin money was literally his "petty cash" and that the bulk of his wealth is in banks and investments. Keeping the bin was just a plaything to him and a physical monument to his wealth.
I like the Don Rosa take the best. In the Don Rosa comics it's revealed that every coin, bill, and whatever else is in the bin represents a precious memory to him. He can pick up anything in the bin and remember exactly when and how he earned it and there's always some big adventure story attached to even the most innocuous coin. When he looks out at his bin he doesn't actually see money, he sees the life he's lived.

I was watching this video while my mother was listening in over my shoulder. I got to right before Mat announced his wealth before I got a call pausing the video. My mom just screamed "NOOOOOOOO!" when this happened, and it made me laugh so much that I had to share this in the comments
Something I recently noticed is that MatPat didn't account for the fact that when Scrooge is at the bottom of the money bin he is sitting down, but he could easily figure out the height of the money bin by the height of the newspaper Scrooge is reading.
