What's the english price of the Onexplayer? Can I download games like Akatsuki Blitzkampf, king of fighters 15, street fighter 5 and all its DLC? Could you do a comparison between this and steam deck please. Thanks for the video buddy
back 4 blood beta this weekend is amazing on this, been playing at 1600p limited fps to screen refresh medium on everything except shadows on low 40fps sometimes 30fps and solid 60fps on 800p with high detail everything else medium and again low shadows.
Thanks for the info. I think 800P is the way to go for a lot of games, better quality and good FPS. If the game can run at a higher resolution with the same settings then its a bonus :)
I did record a new video with The Ascent but it was just before the update was released on Friday. I read there was a performance mode added which might help with the ONEXPLAYER. But I don't see any reason why it should have any issues.
You can either run the original disc on your PC CD drive, or you can make a copy of your PS2 disc to an image for use on your PC. There is a quick overview at emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/Ripping_Games#Sony_PlayStation_1.2F2
It can take a short while for overseas shipping from China to UK so it is an estimate. Hopefully it will be a little sooner as we can't wait for everyone to get their hands on their ONEXPLAYER! As soon as we get them through the door, they will be sent straight out to customers :)
Can I ask you a question? Is the built-in mouse fast enough? Is it precise? And is it true that the on screen keyboard doesn’t pop up when you play a game? Most of the games I play are old-school RPGs,like Baldurs gate and Neverwinter nights,so if it doesn’t,that will ruin the portable,on-the-go factor for me,and I would have to wait for something better to appear on the market.
It is recognised as a mouse device so you can change the speed etc in Windows settings as you would with any mouse. Regarding the precision, it is not a mouse like operation where you move your hand exactly where you want, its controlled with the analogue joystick so it is not the same level of control. You can however use the touchscreen instead. I have tried the keyboard button on a few games and had no issues with it displaying and using it.
@@DroiX_Store I see,it’s going to be...interesting playing isometric RPGs and RTS games with that mouse and keyboard :) Thank you so much for clarifying all of that for me!
@@DroiX_Store Thanks,I already got one ready...I just need the device 😂 Could I please ask you one more question - how hot does it get after 2-3 hours of gaming? Is it passable?…or is it more like “Hmm,it smells like barbecue, what could it be?Oh no,that’s my fingers!” 😀
@@Notteel In the past couple of days I have been working on a benchmark video really stressing the system and at no point was the device too hot to hold. It does get warm, but not enough to cook anything :) We are in UK and despite it being summer, it is probably the worst summer in years, so it is not very hot at the moment :) So on average I would say it is not a problem, just keep the grill/fan areas clear of anything and it should be fine.
I did check the minimum specs for the Oculus and the integrated GPU would not be powerful enough to run most games. Thanks for the idea though, I would have tried it with my Rift it it would run well.
I have not spent a great deal of time with the Aya yet. We are waiting for the new Aya out in September before thinking about what is good/bad on both models.
I found a problem with Onexplayer. The mouse moves by itself for a period of use with the mode activated. I recorded a video showing: th-cam.com/video/uCcBHxJRZQI/w-d-xo.html
Yeah its definitely drifting. If you purchased it from us please contact our technical support at droix.co.uk/contact-us/ with your order number and we can look into this some more and get it resolved for you as it will be under warranty. Thanks.
Don’t buy this thing. There is so much hardware and software issue like sd card reader issue , pad disconnection issue, graphics driver issue, battery issue….
@@DroiX_Store nope. That’s why it is ridiculous. Onexplayer reported ingame disconnection of the pad. I think it is sw/driver issues but it is quite not serious.
@@nguyenhuu6559 This is the first I have heard of these issues. Personally I have been trying the i5 and i7 models of the ONEXPLAYER for just over a week now. Over this time I have not had any of the issues you have mentioned. Can you point me to where these issues have been reported as I would like to look into it some more. Thanks.
@@DroiX_Store the only issue some have experienced is the controller bug that puts you into player 2, that we as fixed with a firmware patch which can be found on the OXP discord. I have the firmware link. It fixed my bug. As for as card issue... There isn't one. It's just that users are complaining that OneNet used a slower USB 2.0 protocol, so you won't get really fast speeds with data transfer. So for example playing PS2 or GameCube games off the SD card will potentially give you stuttering. A few people also have experienced higher temps, possibly due to how the thermal paste was applied, but that's just a small group affected.
If the Steam Deck hadn't been announced I'd be considering this.
Got it delivered today!! Thanks DroiX.Absolutely delighted with it!
That's great to hear, we are glad you are enjoying it!

What adapter would you recommend to use the charger in the UK?
We recommend the charger at droix.co.uk/product/65w-dual-port-psu/ . It works with all the windows handhelds and charges them fast.

can onexplayer also download ps5 games?
No, its a windows PC
Where can I buy onexplayer at ??????
You can buy it from us at DroiX droix.co.uk/product/onexplayer-1s/
can it run red dead 2 ?
I have not personally tried it myself but I have seen elsewhere that it can run the game.
Is it part of the Xbox family ?
Thanks for your comment. No, it is not, it is made by One Notebook.
This or Aya?
I went with Aya. The Aya Team are so helpful on the Discord and are always engaging with the community
