Coaster really needs to frigin CLEAN there horns, I am sick of hearing all this 1 chime crap from them. Even tho NCTD prob will not care about doing horn maintenance whatsoever.
AwesomeDesertTrains NJT cleans and fully replaces horns (not just single bells) to make better sounding units. Its unfortunate that NCTD cant do the same with their cabcars. And amtraks Surfline F59s are all starting becoming fouled again except 450 and a few others.

Coaster is worse then NJT now, and even NJTs choked horns actually sound good.

Amtrak is lazy about cleaning the F59PHI’s and they were also lazy with the toasters. But some F59PHI’s sound great
NJT4120 Productions Most of the Capital Corridor F59’s up here are becoming fouled. The only real good ones are 2007, 2011 and 2005
