What If.. Acheron Is Working With Sam And The Hunters? | Honkai Star Rail Lore

- By this point, everyone has seen the fight between Acheron and the stellaron hunter sam during the main story of penacony in honkai star rail 2.0. From the trailblazers vantage point, they seem to be adversaries as the minute they appeared in front of one another a raging battle ensued. One the trailblazer couldnt even keep track of. While we dont know much about either of them on the surface it does seem plausible that they are opposing each other, but what if I were to tell you that Acheron might be working with Sam and the stellaron hunters
So in this video, were going to discuss and explore the possibility of acheron and the stellaron hunters possibly being on the same side and doing all this to trick the MC into trusting them perhaps to achieve some unknown goal.
Some part of this video comes from the actual lore while others may be speculation on my part as we currently do not know the full story. As such take it with a grain of salt as the point of this video is just a deeper dive into Honkai Star Rail lore.

One of Acheron's red dialogues credits Sparkle with getting her inside the Dreamscape.
She gave like 3 different stories of how she got there in red text
It seems there different responses to how she got there and no matter what even if you decline her she will outright ignore you and still tag along. It seems no matter what shes meant to be there.. or shes just stubborn

if i'm not wrong when i was playing that part of the story, Acheron mentioned being sent there by Sparkle by red text. however checking my friends and the wikia, it seems she tells 3 different stories. just like... occasionally when something she said is written with red text. in one version, she was checking a rumor. in another, she was helping the bloodhounds. but somehow she ended up in Dream Reverie. this makes things a lot weirder...
I got the bloodhound one, thats why I was confused when people mentioning sparkle in her lines.
6:15 You asked why Acheron with Duke Inferno invitation didn't face same problem like us. 6:32 Well when we and Blackswan met Acheron. After we cleared the mob, Acheron ask us to join force together but if you refuse, she said that she can't hear our response until we said yes. So probably she do the same during booking in Penacony 🤷

i think there are a couple lines from aventurine that also help this theory
the main one is he says he was worried when he saw acheron and sam meet up why would that worry him unless he knew they would want team up together with the MC for some reason
its also implied black swan had to deceive acheron into fighting sam by blaming him for fireflys death
either acheron knows that firefly is fine and is just playing along so she can get a chance to talk to sam or she believes firefly is dead and thinks they have gone too far and is actually fighting him
either way another good theory and even if the theory isn't true u once again pointed at some things that puts holes in peoples stories mainly the part where just stealing an invitation shouldnt be enough though 2 counters to this is
1 silverwolf could probably easily change the name on the reservation and with the other wierd invitations already showing up she wouldn't stand out alone
2 if acheron is able to invalidate and change the players words/choices with the red text i imagine she could potentially do the same at the front desk

Acheron cant be working with them cause she'd forget the script the moment she left their headquarters
Tbf, cutscene wise, Sam didn't launch a single actual attack besides the grab, and acheron was only doing the most basic slashes
Its all a choreographed dance. I also mentioned in another video he was reaching out to the MC maybe trying to pull them away from acheron and/or black swan so thats a possibility as well
@@Maevix3142 funny you say dance, because swan might be in on it too, since she has said that acheron will be her partner in the metaphorical big dance, and the fact she seemed to be heavily holding back against Sam too, only seeming to have one pair of her crystals hands attack on that cutscene
If she really is then this makes me love the stellaron hunters even more
Hold your horses, theres a trailer that showed her and sam fighting (the one where we can see sam's wings) pretty sure if they really were allied, its gonna end fast

I don’t think so, cause that all would have been way too convenient for Black Swan and Aventurine. What I mean is - Black Swan used that situation to “kidnap” the MC, which I don’t think is necessarily in the interest of either Acheron or Sam (notice that Sam tried to take us during that fight and also he said “leave now” to Acheron and Black Swan, not to us). I think it’s more likely that Acheron is working with Black Swan and Aventurine *or* just doing her own thing and Black Swan just used that situation.
Also notice that --I don’t remember who-- claimed that Acheron isn’t actually a Galaxy Ranger, but Sam recognized her as one.
I don't think acheron killed the Duke. Black swan said "that infernal fire swallowed by the vast sea" under penacony. That implies someone from the family killed him
I mean aventurine could very well be lying here and the everything he says might just be wrong. The family killing him raises an interesting question though, were they trying to kill everyone who got an invitation since (if i recall correctly) some of the invites werent from the family itself but implied to be the watchmaker
In the white night music Trailer you can see Acheron beat beat Sam with her red slashes

Well, now that the stories out. We now the truth.
This video was wrong. The fight wasn't staged. And Acheron isn't with the stelleron hunters. So far, she's with us. And we now know what she is.
And it's not finality~
Yup thats how theories work, theyre interesting at the time but not everything hits their mark. Though theres still a lot of details were missing about acheron and sam was really holding back instead of looking like they were trying to outright end the MC 😁

I really cant say at the moment, on one hand characters kits & lore dont usually match up but on the other hand i've seen some imagery of her around things that look like nihility themed like the black hole in the trailer so it could go either way

I take people at their word. Why do you and Acheron share a dreamscape? Why does she not draw her blade when the Death meme attacks Firefly? She says, "people call me Acheron, Galaxy Hunter, but you can call me whatever you'd like" aka she's Raiden.
Does she want Firefly dead for a reason? Does she know Firefly dying now benefit the universe as a whole at the end? The red text are questions of the Butterfly effect. You are the MC who will change everything, she even says like, you are different from the infinite versions of yourself, are answering her first set of questions.
She may or may not be a stelleron hunter, but there is one thing certain. She's a strong, independent white woman who don't need to worry about power creep.

To be fair, im just basing this off of what we've seen so far, she has a sword so i'd assume she can unsheath it plus if im not mistaken in one of the trailers it seems she did unsheath her sword in a fight with Sam (which could be a later fight). I dont know that her normal attack doesnt unsheath her sword since I try not to look at leaks (if youre referring to her gameplay) otherwise it wont be a theory and i'd just be telling you leaks, which is probably super dangerous to do if I dont wanna get copyrighted 😂
